I always have been shopping at this Home depot in Glendale. The parking is convenient and all the products are easily well displayed. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Helpful, friendly employees

Irma the cashier was wonderful and did an amazing job. She was respectful, smiling, greeted me and handled my items with much care. We had a wonderful conversation and she made the experience of shopping personal.

I went to the Home Depot on San Fernando Road and was helped by John. He was one of the best salespersons I have ever worked with. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about appliances, and although I had done a lot of research and thought I knew what I wanted, he pointed out things I had not considered. He was exactly right and I bought another model and I am very happy I did. Sales personnel like this are so hard to find. I lucked out!

I purchased numerous items at this home depot location and every time I arrive there is always someone there to help. They always have the information when needed as well.

My husband and I have been helped on many occasions from one particular employee #32780 by the name of Sylvia and she makes you feel like you are shopping in a local hardware store. She is so helpful and pleasant. Made our Home Depot experience so nice and will pick this store over the competition because of the personal service.

I came close to closing time which I know is annoying but everyone was still so helpful and kind. Christian offered to cut our lumber even though it was so close to closing time and Christina helped us find the right crimping tool for our wire. The cashier Oshin, was very sweet and made sure we found everything alright and even asked if there was anything else we needed to get since we were mentally going through a list of things we said we would get. It was a very sweet experience all around!

Zero help with making keys. After asking probably half a dozen people. No one came and the only help I got was being told by a passing employee to go to the vending machine. Could not make copies at the vending machine of one of the keys. The two that I did make don't work. Went to a different store the next day and got 2 working sets of all 3 keys made for half the price of their vending machine. absolute rip-off. friendly cashier but terrible service otherwise.

Helpful employees & Efficient checkout

Even a Plumber recommended the wrong part. Steve (Home Depot) sold me the exact correct part & arranged to have a repairman come to our home & install it.

We had our kitchen remodel designed and purchased cabinets with Angela at this store. She was a dream to work with and I recommend her to anyone who is remodeling their kitchen. She is super thorough, honest, and has a great attitude. Made the process very enjoyable.

the inside of this store is very clean all things considered. i was there to christmas shop, required help to find a product, and everyone was very nice. the parking lot though was different. very crowded with huge trucks crammed into little parking spaces, lots if trash on the ground and day laborers all over, in the lot and on the sidewalk outside.

I renovated my house when I am not a renovation specialist at all. But I did it only with the guidance of the staff who patiently taught me everything end I Feel proud that I was able to do it with the help of the wonderful staff

After in confusion over a promotion Home Depot did the right thing and sided with me. The customer and I will be back again and again thanks Home Depot and the Glendale location. You guys are doing it right.

9/03/22 approximately 8am Manny in the plumbing aisle went above and beyond to help me solve the plumbing issue i was having. Sadly this type of interaction isn’t common when shopping at home depot however this interaction was by far the most pleasant.

Angela was great in helping me with my kitchen countertops.

Need more 36” dewalt crowbars. And good hammers. That’s all. Great people tho. Love that nothing is locked up in display cases. This definitely ain’t the hood.

Garbage disposal. which was nicely priced.

Don't expect much help; the return staff is terrible and most of the employees are either rude or try to avoid making eye contact or helping customers. The store is usually well stocked though...

wish 0649 location had better deals for associates who work for homedepot and sacrifice their time and energy. its sad for people who work on weekends as handyman on weekends for extra bucks to see their own store not taking care of their own associates to buy a materials for reasonable price.

Great deals and New tools that keep improving .

The store was clean, well-organized, and most importantly, well-staffed with friendly/helpful employees. We found everything on our list without issue.

I lost my wallet here with $50 cash. I didn’t notice it was missing for two hours. Obviously my first reaction was to freak out and when I called, the store reassured me that it was safe. When I arrived, all of my cash and wallet was undisturbed. I appreciate the multiple workers who transferred my wallet from place to place to make sure it ended in my hands. Such a great, trustworthy place and I will forever return.

Great store! Emily in the custom shade/blind area is a PRO!! So professional and on top of it! If you ever need shades or blinds ask for her. AMAZING!
