Cashiers are very friendly in garden center and Mr. Roydric was standing outside with a smile ready to assist In loading my soil and all of my other items into my car.

I can find things I look for. Good signage & employees show me where things are if I can't find.

Because of Sylvia, Carolyn, Alex, Alton, and other employees, I shop at Home Depot instead of their competitors.

I am very happy with my purchase and the sales person.

I was looking for bolts for a bed frame and when asked, the person working helped me find one and then proceeded to locate the rest of them for me. They are willing to walk with you and go through things to find what you are looking for and they never act as if it is a bother at all. They seem to ENJOY their job.

I don’t get an early Christmas experience often. It’s been a few decades since my last one.

Been shopping at this store for about three years with few problems, but today reall took me by surprise. Was shopping for a rototiller, but when I looked in the garden section I was rather stunned at what I found. There were five or six tillers there that looked like they had been sitting in the weather all summer due to rust, sun damage and disintegrated cardboard boxes with bottles of oil in them that come with the tiller. Needless to say, looking elseware.

I LOVE MY HOME DEPOT. AMEN

The girl at the customer service desk, Malaysia was great. I usually come multiple times a week and she is wonderful. Definitely my “go to girl”. Keep up the great work.

I said good morning on this wonderful Sunday morning to Shannan. She ignored me. I said “good morning” a second time just in case she didn’t hear me. She ignored me. I questioned her about her behavior. She stated that she nodded and her nod was sufficient enough and she doesn’t like to talk in the mornings.

My 80 year old father had an encounter with a female cashier with locs today who kicked him out of her line to wait on 2 younger men who were waiting behind him. I am appalled that she treated my father in such a discriminatory manner. I am appalled that she denied him service at her register.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years. My visit into the Griffin store on 06/29/23 was one of the BEST experiences I ever had at a Home Depot store. Thank you, Ms. M. Rosser for providing me with quality customer service.

Great service and had exactly what I needed. I went on a holiday and was able to check in and out fast.

The Griffin Home Depot was well staffed with personnel who were readily available and attentive to my shopping needs. The specific cashier and other representative helping me were knowledgeable and efficient in assisting me.

Purchased our granite for our kitchen countertops today. Gail made this purchase, I do believe, the easiest purchase we’ve ever made at any Home Depot. It was a walk in the park compared to other purchases we’ve made in the past.

Though I live closer to a different Home Depot store, I love coming in to the Griffin store due to its friendly and knowledgable staff. Each time I go in, I find what I'm looking for. The store is always generally neat and clean.

No one ever wants to help you in this store!

Any problem, looking for any item, defected items, looking to do a diy job and need suggestions, or returning Damaged items what ever your issues are this store has the BEST MANAGERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN PROBLEM SOLVING. JOSH, TIM, COREY OR DOUG will never let you down.

Customer service associate "Alex" is Awesome!

Bought a Ryobi tool. The gentleman that helped us, unfortunately we did not get his name, but he is about 6’5”, probably over 45, very nice and helpful. We did thank him, just wished we had gotten his name. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays.

This store has a great team that works well together to get the customer's needs met efficiently! Staff go above an beyond. Overall great experiences.

We can go to McDonough store but we find the Hriffin staff is more approachable and helpful. Stock is good, and majority of the time we find what we came for.

I purchased some items and I really had no idea what I was supposed to look for. I talked with an associate and they put me in the right direction.
