Excellent Customer Service
I'm sending this letter to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced on May 11, 2023, at Home Depot when I bought sealant, snake repellent, and a new dryer vent. I had to replace a vent and plug the openings since I had a rat snake problem in my house.
Your employee named Kirk, who was working at the Fayetteville store during my trip, helped me. I must admit that he helped me with my snake problem by expertly guiding me through the store as I gathered goods from my checklist. His expertise and skill in resolving my problem goes far above my expectations and were greatly appreciated.
Kirk has an incredible and accurate ability to locate things rapidly throughout the store and provides crucial recommendations. Kirk provided me with excellent customer service, and I am quite happy with it. I told everyone who would listen about my issue, and I suggested the Fayetteville location and to ask for Kirk.

Spring Flower Seeds!

Employees don’t offer to help you find things
The employees would make eye contact but quickly look away or avoid me. They group up at the front conversing with eachother and avoid answering customers questions

Paid for items sold before pickup
I paid for some tiles for later pickup - gone before the pick up date. No apologies, just asked if I wanted my refund back on my card. I had to ask if it was available at other stores nearby before they looked it up.
