I have been going to the Hempstead Store sent Day One. I have watched the progress over the years and always admired this Stores commitment to the community. Especially the hiring of quality local people.

The Hempstead store is a pleasure to shop in and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The store is well stocked and clean and neat.

This Home Deport store is well organized ,it is a pleasure shopping at this store,,all sales associates are ready to help.also the store was very clean

Their employees are their best asset besides usually having any item you may need. I've always been treated well by any employee working there - they are friendly and go above and beyond to assist their customers despite endless lines.

Shopping at the Hempstead store has always been a pleasure for us but Oneilia made buying a refrigerator very easy. She is a great asset to the store.

Janasia from garden is amazingly great. She went above and beyond to help me locate an item in the garden department. She was patient and worked with me to obtain the item that I was looking for.

I extremely love the away sales associate help me in the story her name is Loretta H.C. She very much helpful and her behavior is outstanding, she help me all the way, what I need to purchase and I was able to complete the purchase smoothly. I would really recommend her employee of the day!!

How do you run out of string for the entire store . You need to work with the town to get the day laborers from in front your store . Its like working into a homeless shelter

The tool rental department has defective tools, if you end up with a defective tool they will try to give you another defective tool. You will be charged for renting defective tools.

THIS LOCATION'S TILE SECTION IS CLEANER THAN A FEW THAT I'VE VISITED. OTHER BRANCHES SHOULD FOLLOW THIS STORE'S EXAMPLE .

I received the best customer service I have experienced in a long time with Home Depot associate, Aaron. He stuck with me until I had all the necessary products for my home project. We went from one end of the store, gardening to the opposite end, tool rental. He pushed my flatbed cart with a metal umbrella base, 9' patio umbrella and bag of potting soil the whole way. One isle was blocked for restocking or something, yet he managed to get the paint I needed that was in that isle. He was extremely polite and helpful. Thank you so much Home Depot.
