Found my 12' Skeleton here - very happy!
I've been looking for this very hard-to-find and popular item for a few years. The store manager personally handled my purchase several days in advance of my being able to swing by and pick it up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes - on a Saturday, no less! This will be a fantastic addition to Halloween decor!

Store 1206 is above and beyond services
Store 1206 , our experience was amazing truly above and beyond from the moment we walked in the store to the second we walked out of the store every employee was customer friendly with smiles on their faces &very helpful Julie in appliances was amazing, she will have all my daughter sales for her home ,the store manager was also above and beyond, thank you for running such a great store with great staffs

Again a disaster at this store
Went to return a lawn sprinkler that broke 6 weeks after purchase and to purchase mulch.
The cashier handling my return did not know what the product was I handed her. When I told her I had to spell sprinkler for her to look up. After 3 attempts she suggested I should go get one and bring it back so she could process a store credit. I decided to get the mulch which was on pallets under signs for $2/ bag.
Was charged the wrong amount for mulch and wad told it wad not $2. When I mentioned the sign they said it was wrong and I should go take a picture.
The person that ultimately checked me out, after the store manager told her to provide the $2 price, then was derogatory and lectured me.
I will not make any major purchases in this store. I only go because its 5 minutes from my house.
As I've experienced too many times at this store the customer is the least important person in the store.

Wonderful employees
Andrew from the garden center at freeport home depo is an amazing employee. He climbed off his ladder to help me as I was struggling to lift dirt and mulch bags. He was genuine, authentic, helpful, kind, and strong. Freeport home depo is very lucky to have him

Johnny in Garden Provided Exceptional Customer Service
Typically the sales people are unhelpful…even impatient. I had ONE salesperson provide excellent service last week… Johnny from garden. He helped me find everything I wanted and more! Went in today and I couldn’t find anyone to help… when I did, they were dismissive. I asked for johnny and he wasn’t there. So I left and went to Atlantic nursery. I am giving 4 stars because of Johnny’s exceptional customer service—get more like him and I’ll come back!
