Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

Another great spring sale is here, so prepare to save money. Whether you're upgrading your home with new appliances or just doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools, we've got what you're looking for. Don't forget to check out our patio furniture, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from April 23rd through May 10th and enjoy your new products year-round.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is ready for springtime weather changes by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home. On the outside of your home, inspect shingles for damage or tears that can let water leak inside. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the crevices, you could be dealing with damage.

What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Do I need a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9–noon on May 2, 2026. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this adorable keepsake box that fits all kinds of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.
