Having repairs and renovations done but never had to make purchases myself. I've learned a lot from laminate flooring to paints, spackle, caulking, sealing, etc. Home Depot has been assisting me with my needs,knowledge and the Hickory Hill Location is an added benefit

I made several purchase today. I went to the store twice today. Each visit required me to interact with store employees. I was greeted by the security officer when I entered the store. Employees walking through the store also asked, how I was doing? One employee located the person that helped me finalize the payment I needed to make to a vendor using my Home Depot credit card. When I went toward the exit, the security officer wished me a good afternoon. My overall experience at the store was very pleasant. The delay was not the employees' fault, it was the computer system.

Trell, was readily available, patient and demonstrated the use of each grill, including helping me understand the difference between propane and charcoal grills. With his help, excellent customer service and knowledge, I was able to make the perfect selection for a grill to gift my husband for Christmas. My Husband loves the grill and is very appreciative of the patience that was given to me during my visit.

I bought a refrigerator on 12-2 and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Every last one of my needs were met. Shaneice in Appliance Dept and Jackie are AWESOME. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They were genuinely nice and kind, which made the experience THAT much better. Love HD. Linda S

Lack of care for customers in general. Manager was more concerned with spending time with her people than helping with the issue that I had. Night and day experience from my trip to Home Depot the day before in another city. This store and the management don’t seem to care about the customer nor the experience.

I purchased a hot water tank from the Winchester location, and received the best customer service from a really nice, professional employee of the store. He was so nice, he must be a christian.

The people who were working there today were very helpful. One young man’s name was Temarcus (sp?) who helped me get a display down as they had sold out of this product. I had been looking for this product but was sold out at other stores. They were very friendly when I asked if they could get the display down.

All trimmers are "locked" behind gate. I assume to stop grab and run, getting someone to open cage is an exercise in futility.. they paged from service counter several times .no help arrives. Person from service counter gets key from pocket and opens cage.. she had key all along and had me wait for approx 10 minutes for non existent help.

Above and beyond. Employee was very helpful and the store manager delivered the item (generator) because it did not fit in my car. Delivery was immediate and at no charge. Wow!

Employee behavior and attitude is always a reflection of supervision and management. Gloria the manager is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist. I see her training and instructing employees as management should. The customer service at this location is outstanding and reflects the standards and expectations of the managers.

Clean store and very organized

there were no cashiers and self checkout was closed! had to checkout at customer service line was long 20+ people. asked Manager to check me out he said NO! im busy moving stuff around . HE WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE FOR 30MINS AND STANDING THERE WATCHING UPSET CUSTOMERS!

Sunny the manager on duty wet above and beyond by helping my wife and I get the product we needed for a home project. He helped us on the floor and even walked with us to the cash register to make sure everything was good. You need to see Sunny if he is on duty.

I got keys made and it was a very easy in and out self service kiosk machine.

This store provides good customer service.

I've been shopping around for home improvement projects at several locations and dreading having to go all over the store trying to locate merchandise and or trying to get help while there, however at Home Depot I was offered assistance and was advised about the HD app item locator and if I still have problems then someone is always there to assist. I've been returning on a regular basis now . Yesterday I was greeted by Alexis, store agent and really blown away by her. Not just excellent Customer Service skills but actually a caring spirit, smile and all. I offered her a $20.00 tip but she refused and ask that I do the survey instead. So KUDOS ! ALEXIS and HOME DEPOT, HICKORY HILL

All major appliance purchases have been pain free and excellent !!!

I wish that all stores could see the wonderful attitude of the employees of this store! Everyone is so helpful and cheerful here! I will drive out of my way to shop here!

Worse experience! Made us feel like we were theifs after we spent 340 dollars in this store ! Their customer service sucks! They need to do better

Wasted my time trying to talk to a manager about a tool I rented that did not work once I got it home..Got passed off to three different so-called managers. The "real manager" is never there.

I had an emergency issue at my home. I called Home Depot at about 9:15 p.m. and spoke to the nicest man by the name of Davis Wilkins. He was so helpful over the phone and when I got there he assisted me and I was very pleased with this help. He was knowledgeable professional polite. When I got to the checkout the girls ebony Marquita and the others were so nice and I think the store manager's name was Bryant who helped me in obtaining a great price on my item plus he was very courteous and professional also. Everyone was awesome and I appreciate the excellent amazing customer service there!

I bought a Honda Lawn mower. Lisa was extremely helpful along with the rest of the team that I was engaged with. Friendly, courteous, and answered my multiple questions. I highly recommend visiting this store with your home needs. Mark D.

I buy some cleaning product bona for hardwood floors my floors never looked better;

I needed a new washing machine. From the first minute I went to the appliance section at this Home Depot, the customer service was great! That is not my usual experience everywhere I've been. I found what I wanted on sale and the specialist who helped me made the process quick and easy. I recommend this location for purchasing appliances.

I love this store. The associates are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The management here seems to have the ability to hire people that continue to uphold this level of excellence. Chick-fil-A is the only other company that I have come across that have this same ability.
