Employees weren't very friendly or helpful at least not any of the 4 times I visited this location shelves hard time finding things I needed and harder time finding someone to help me locate what I needed

Nice store. It was out of my way, but they were the only store, with the saw that I wanted, in stock. The check out clerk was pleasant and the loading guy asked if I needed help as I walked by him. I said yes sir and he came right away and we loaded it. So I say Excellent customer service and Thank You !

This is hands down the best store in town I shop all of them for the last 10years

Store Management (Supervisor) was somewhat unprofessional and rude. Definitely not customer focused! Hard to find assistance in bath department. The cashier (Sandra) was great!

Typical for a Home Depot they have items all over the store that are on their clearance racks. I like looking for a good deal on things that i may or may not need at the present time. Beware ..... if an item is on their clearance rack for too long they change the price to $.01 in their system. So when you go thru the self checkout the item will price itself at $.01. You think at first wow this is a REALLY good deal. At that point your bargain becomes a headache as they cannot or will not sell the item at $.01. They will have to look for the rack where you got it from so they can verify the price and manually enter it on override OR they will call a manager who will price the item off the top of his head---usually for more than the clearance rack states. Since the item itself does not have a sticker on it ( usually) then you cannot get the item for the $.01---but you can get it for the clearance price if you know where it was posted.

The management employees treat you like you are a total idiot.

This is a great place to shop and they always have people on hand who can answer your questions and help you find what you need.

The store was clean. Associates warm and friendly. Very helpful. Associate helped me to decide on a toro electric start mower. Im a single woman. This mower is perfect. Great choice and product. Thank you Home Depot Riverdale!

The man who helped me was such a good person and made a good impression. He helped me in the purchase of the product I needed and even explained what and how I needed to use the product. Actually I had selected the wrong thing for the job I was planning to do in my bathroom.

If you need help with Kitchen and Bath appliances, Peggy Williams is your gal! She's know all the ins and outs. Very helpful. She's a great asset to this store.

I was trying to purchase a stove and refrigerator for my daughter who lives in Memphis and i live out if state. Peggy Williams made the purchase very easy for me to do and she was very helpful to my daughter with heping with the purchase and was very plesant to talk to on the phone.

Ask for Jackie in windows and doors. She is the best!

The associates in the appliance department were very friendly and helpful.

My experiences at this Home Depot have always been very positive. I've purchased appliances and recently a Christmas Tree here and the employees have been super helpful, knowledgable, polite and professional. They work to help you accomplish your goals.

If you always wanted to work in a Hardware store but never did, here is your chance. No one ask for to help you - several employees are on their cell phones - only self-checkout is available in the mornings and late evenings. I worked harder than any employee. Garden area was locked up at 10:00 am.

Didn't feel like I was welcome at the store So she's just point in the direction to what I was looking for The worst customer service ever, I to figure it out By myself

Great store with great customer service

My wife and I, we shop here anytime we need anything Home Depot carries. The store is always friendly and helpful, yes even the "return dept.".

Do not buy kitchen appliances from this store. The process can take up to a month and if you have an issue management is not trained how to deal with customers. The management is rude and confrontational. Consumer beware.

This store has very nice representatives, who go out of their way to help you. The store is clean, and well laid out. Nice atmosphere.

Appliance dept was great. Very knowledgeable of their products.

I think this is the Greatest store with the Best People I wish they had more of their Great staff to go Around!
