Home Depot is the best place to shop. They have the greatest customer service workers and departments workers which are knowledgeable of store items. All the managers work hand in hand with departments and workers.

Associate was helpful, but the store needs to restock some items.

Nelly one of the employees is worth a visit to this store her care and personality make the shopping experience worth it.

This is my favorite store in the Memphis area. Always friendly and usually have plenty of stock

This parking lot was unkept. It was difficult to find a parking space that did not have a cart or shopping basket in it. The lot was littered with trash and debris.

The store was clean. Peggy in appliances was very helpful as always!!!

This store has great people and great atmosphere the leaders are always visible and help is always near by when you ask for something you get immediate directions and or assistance this has been my store for years they far exceed my expectations YOU GUYS ROCK THANKS

I love the night crew. I went there on Dec 26th at near closing time and they assisted me as if I was the only customer in the store with all the time to shop in the world. You guys are so awesome. Special thanks to the guy who helped me purchase the propane heater.

Excellent Customer Help and Employee Alan was a perfect example of customer service! Store was nice and atmosphere very pleasant.

Employees greeted me at the door with a smile. They directed me to the sanitizing station and then where I needed to go to find my items. The store is clean and well organized which I am sure is due to management!

My Home Depot store have experienced employees eager to assist you. Walk around the store, any representative would ask you if they could assist and walk with you to your desired department and stay with you to ensure you find what you were looking for....even if they do not work in that department! That is what I call great customer service. Other store employees might tell you what department the item in, but rarely assist you beyond their department. So, I appreciate my Home Depot Store and knowing that I will get quality service.
