I placed an order online to pick up in store on 7/4/22 and it wasn’t ready until 7/5/22 (although it was supposed to be same day). When I arrived to pick up the order the grill/steamer I purchased was assembled (which I didn’t ask for) and couldn’t fit in my car. So they took 45 minutes to see if they had one in the box. I was excited because they found one. I was told they were going to get it 30 more minutes passed and still no grill. I decided to get a refund because I was already over an hour late to work. I arrived at 7:45am and didn’t leave until 9am empty handed!!!

I waited in line to be served but was never acknowledge until the line started to grow. I asked to speak with the Manager which never came and finally I left after speaking with a supervisor named Duane.

So far, so good. I can’t wait to see my new doors installed!

They stay busy, but have positive attitudes. I felt appreciated as a customer. My cashier was Lanette.

I bought this ryobi pressure washer turbo nozzle, and definitely worth the money.

This Store is my “go to” place for whatever I need/want from a hardware store. Only good things to say about appearance ang organization of the store, product quality and the pleasant and service oriented people who work there. My only complaint is how often I find myself walking isle to isle because I enjoy browsing long after I have found whatever I initially came to purchase.

I had a return and the associate at the return desk was supportive and understanding. Got done what I needed to and left feeling good!

It seems everyone in this store is interested in you getting what you want. I have to shopped here several times and each time it has been this same. How may I help you, are you being helped, I am not able to do that but let me get someone who can. Every time. Whoever is doing the customer service training, and whoever is doing the recruiting should receive recognition. They make me want to shop at this store. It is a step above other home supply store as worth the drive.

Night lamps were in the aisle by the paint counter and I bought one on impulse. Runs by battery or electricity. Assortment of color lights and can use as a motion light or as a night light. I love it!!!!! $19.95

Christopher you went above and beyond for us to locate a chainsaw bar and chain! Thank you for calling so many other stores until you found what we needed. So polite!

The customer service is wonderful

We went to the store looking for vinyl flooring and we were guided by the store associates who really helped us a lot. We found very nice vinyl flooring that we are happy with.

Jahleel at the Richmond In-Town location helped me tremendously in the lumber section. First of all he was super kind and patient, but most of all he was so helpful. He stayed late in the day to make the cuts I needed, so I could fit all the material in my car and saved me SO much time. I rarely find the time to give feedback, but this store was so helpful and and the employees stopped what they were doing to make sure I was taken care of that I just had to write in. We're lucky to have this great store in our community!

We had been to a closer Big Box store in the area and waited over 30 minutes for someone to help us. No one ever came and we left the store. Was dreading going to another store and being ignored. Didn't happen at Home Depot. Had a helpful and knowledgable associated helps us immediately and he got someone to walk us through the checkout and load the items in the truck.
