My Mother-in-law and I recently purchased a corner shower. (Three large pieces) Our sales associate "Bill" was extremely helpful and even helped us to our car and assisted us with loading. I highly recommend Johnstown Home Depot. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

Unpleasant return experience - Customers that cut line were taken ahead of those that were waiting in line.

People are very nice . Home feeling.

Clean store well stocked friendly salesperson good products good prices need mor products on sale

Prices are cheaper at this Home Depot compared to Lowe’s across the street. Employees are better to. More willing to help. Got a Lowe’s gift card so I went their to spend it on a new garbage can. They had 20 cans but no lids except one. That one lid was on the top shelf on a stack of ten cans. It was an hour before I was able to have someone grab me the one and only lid left. Home Depot has multiple people in each department willing to help no matter the tasks or question.

I ordered a range on line. I got it on Feb.17,2021. It set in my living room 3 weeks the back of stove was damaged and there was no Tech that would come out to hook it up. I called the manager and got no where. I called BBB and got the work done. The range was returned to store and I am hoping to get my money back. Will not buy from this store again.

Tee and Debbie, sales associates, went above and beyond to keep my business versus me going elsewhere. They should be considered valued employees by Home Depot. The Home Depot Corporation in general needs to reconsider not charging a shipping fee to purchase an item they display in their store. They charged $59.00 to ship an item, from their warehouse, to the store, for me to purchase. I almost took my business elsewhere if it weren't for the wonderful sales team of Tee and Debbie.

Store was well stocked. Very clean. I would like to thank Kylee. She was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with all the products in plumbing and hardware.

THE LUMBER AT THIS STORE IS GREAT. THE EMPLOYEES APPROACH YOU TO ASK IF THEY CAN HELP YOU , UNLIKE THE OTHER BIG BOX STORE WHERE THEY SEE YOU COMING THIER WAY AND THEY TAKE OFF IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

Ali in appliances was so knowledgeable about the products she was selling. They did not have the refrigerator in stock that we wanted she searched their website until she found what we wanted. That why we drive 40 to Home Depot because customer service is so much better.

This is a very nice store.

If I could give the flooring department management less than zero I would!!! I highly recommend not having this store and its contractor install any type of hard flooring! They will never schedule you unless you repeatedly call them and they still won't give you a firm installation date!!! Called home depot repeatedly for help as I paid for the job and got absolutely no help at all!!! Just political BS answers instead of helping its customers!! Several people should lose their Jobs since they obviously can't do the job their in

Bought a ring doorbell online at Black Friday pricing. Never shipped so when I went in to the store to check my order was canceled and they refused to prove match and reorder for me.

I shop here for all most everything when I do home improvements.

The store was generally clean, very busy and there was very clearly no enough employees that cared. After waiting over 20 minutes for an associate I was ignored by 3 different times. I asked for assistance on 5 different ocassions, and when I finally found the only associate in the store qualified to unlock power tools she was disrespectful and angry and clearly not wanting to be helping me. Last time I will be going to this store.

The employees in the Johnstown store go over and beyond to make sure you are finding what you need. There is one particular employee that shines in this store for his hospitality and willingness to help others. His name is Talib, he went out of his way to assist my Mother and I, when we were just there on Tuesday. My mother had a hard time walking through the store so he went and retrieved a motorized wheelchair so she could shop more comfortably. She did not want to use this but Talib reassured her it was safe and stayed with us to make sure my Mother was ok. He assisted us with finding everything we needed. Talib is an outstanding employee.

I live 120 miles round trip from this store and due to the help over the phone by employee Scott Neisser I made the trip. He went above and beyond to assist me in what i needed to buy and showed and helped me with what i needed to do to make the changes in my purchase work how i needed it to..will make the drive as often as i need to
