The fridge I bought was physically smaller than my very old GE but actually had 1.4 cu ft more usable space ! The only downside is that it’s a Chinese product. It fit my needs so well that I had to get it anyway. This is a Visanni unit that can be used as a fridge OR freezer.

Megan in the appliance department is a gem! She was super friendly and personable. She took the time to help us, answered our questions and helped us make decisions about our purchases. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

There never seems to be an employee assigned to the paint counter. After finding someone to help, they failed to save the paint match in their system. The next day the employees there were unable to use the original color mix to match my original paint. Between no employees there to help, and no one being knowledgeable who does show up, paint is too expensive to have amateurs mix it.

I want to give a "shout out" to our small appliance sales girl, Meghan at the Johnstown, PA store. Meghan was kind, caring, and empathic. She worked quickly and efficiently to help us decide upon a refrigerator that wasn't over-priced and yet met our needs. I am forever grateful to her and her expertise. She made a stressful time, a lot less stressful! God Bless you Meghan!

I need a special type of water tight decking for a replacement. Chad was able to assist in find just what I needed, ( number of pieces and and fasteners ). His assistance was greatly appreciated

My local HD had the filter I needed for my shop vac, and helpful, knowledgeable employees who helped me find it and buy it. Seems pretty simple, right? Maybe, but I appreciate it anyhow.

We bought a new Frig at Home Depot, the salesperson Julia R did a great job to explain all the necessary details from purchase, warranty, extended warranty, delivery, removal, set up. I felt purchase of a new appliance was a very relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

I bought floor planks with install by HD and am pleased with the product and work performed. There were 2 issues with my order...1. several cartons of floor planks were delivered with damaged planks from poor handling by HD. 2. HD took control of subcontractors who were apparently in charge of scheduling the work. HD CS quickly fixed both issues to my satisfaction.

The service at Johnstown Home Depot was great. Picked up my order quickly and courteously.

Order a clopay garage door online with free curbside delivery, they canceled my order saying I have to go to the store and order it, Home Depot in Johnstown, PA did not honor the on line price and now want a delivery fee

I went in to get paint for our concrete porch. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get us what we needed without much effort from us.

The items we needed to finish some home improvement projects were all in stock and we were able to make 1 stop which is great! The products are all very high quality, and were not hard to find within the store. We also returned a few cases of tile which I had overestimated. No problems with this at all, either. We got in store credit and ended up putting it toward a shelving unit for our garage which we had been looking to purchase for quite a while!

I have bought all my cabinets and countertops and my farmhouse sink here and I’m so pleased with all of them

Ordered carpeting and received helpful advice

The problem is they only do a drop delivery on your driveway and will not bring the refrigerator into your house. My husband and my brother-in-law are supposed to do this.they are. Both 77 years old and don’t have a dolly and it’s going to have to lift this refrigerator up 4 steps

I needed to replace a Hue light bulb. There were so Many lightbulbs, it was hard to find the right one. An employee helped me the the correct one.

I came into the store 7 minutes before closing to get a window fan. They were friendly and helpful and did not rush me to leave the store even though they were closing soon.

My husband and I stopped to pick up some mulch for our yard, and other items for a bathroom project. The staff were more than helpful in finding products I was searching for. Truly a great experience while shopping for necessary items!

In this location, the major competitor for Home Depot sits across the street. At that store one came walk through the whole store and no one says anything to me. At Home Depot the parking lot attendant greets me. I get asked, on every trip multiple times if I need help. Also price checking and adjusting is quick. Thanks people

The associates should be more willing to ask and help customers than they are.

An employee went to several departments with us to help us find what we needed - including the freezing cold outdoor section. We rarely have this kind of help at ANY place of business these days. We were thrilled, and will return.
