This store is always a well kept store and the employees are great people to talk to. Employees are always eager to help in any way, shape or form. My compliments on such a fine bunch of employees and this is a reflection of the store manager ability to motivate his employees.

On this visit I was helped with everything I needed.

Needed help in 2 areas. Associates showed up and helped me in finding each item I needed. Associates were very nice, polite and knowledgeable; and efficient.

We were looking into light fixtures for the near future, the store associate noticed we had the new GE LED bulbs and asked if we had used them yet, which we had not. He showed us how the lighting would be for these particular bulbs which confirmed we were making the proper purchase. The assistance is greatly appreciated. We just which the LED bulbs to be less expensive, they are very pricey.

The store was clean and well organized. The sales representative was helpful and professional

Associates were very helpful and very friendly. They all had a smile on their faces and were willing to stop what they were doing to help me. They were also nice enough to engage in friendly banter that helped to lighten up my day. Product choice was good and everything was in stock. It made things easy to find and choose the best fit for the project.

Most helpfull store than others now employees know me by name I do a little wood work they recommended ryobi products for my budget love it

Dee-Dee from the paint department walked around the store with me and helped me find everything I needed for my upcoming painting class. That shopping trip would have taken all day if not for her. She saved me a lot of stress and frustration.

The store posts in store discounts of 10% which any customer can use and then refuses to honor Home Depot policy of a 10% Military discounts. Lowes will/does allow both posted/advertised discounts and military discounts. In this case because I was buying a specific item unique to Home Depot I completed my purchase. The store personnel and the manager were all polite and helpful but intransigent on 'policy' which is unfortunate. I will only shop Home Depot as a last resort.

One of the ladies that works close to the tool area knew what I was looking for and knew exactly where I could find it. Great asset for this particular Home Depot.

My item was eay to find and what I was looking for was well marked

I received adequate help. The store is old and it's beginning to look it's age. Nevertheless, product line is good and associates were somewhat helpful.

The store has an overall outstanding appearance, few clusters in the lumber department, especially the carts and few items on the floor that may pose hazard.

LED are still a little pricey but I still like them better.

I can usually get what I want at Home Depot. very rarely do I have to go somewhere else.

I needed to replace an old, inefficient toilet with a high-efficiency one, and was fiscally limited. The model I was most interested was not available, but there were a couple good alternatives. Barriers up when I got there came down quickly, and everyone from the sales associate to the cashier was very helpful. I am very grateful to the consideration Home Depot gives military veterans!

The store was clean and I got plenty of help. Just was not happy with availability of the product I wanted to buy.

Before while shopping at this store, I always had to find help. I not sure if it's the holidays or they have more help now.
