We have had helpful people when we need them. Parking for handicap is not sufficient. I am a handicap Veteran and I need help. State law states 1 for every 9 regular and closest to entrance to help handicap maneuver.

Plenty of items on stock for what we needed.

Brandon from lawn and garden is knowledgeable of the products and willing to take time to explain the products in his area.

Nick R. was extremely kind and courteous and helpful with me and my dad with our questions and giving us recommendations for our upcoming remodeling of our 2 bathrooms. I went in to this location a few weeks ago to grab a few things for moving and went to go do self checkout and Eugene blew me away with his helpfulness and friendliness. These days people don't always have the most positive interactions but Eugene and everyone else working at this location was super helpful with huge smiles on their faces.

Overall, this store has great workers and management. You can tell by how clean this store is and how it’s easy to find product.

There were many employees on the floor, which is awesome as so many places have no one to be found. They were all friendly, attentive and willing to help.

Why is it when you produce a coupon received in the mail for a discount, the store will refuse to also give you an established discount like the military discount. Not sure it’s a good idea to refuse to honor such scenario.

Personnel in this store are knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond their call to help out. They inquire about your project and make solid suggestions on how to make your project safe, efficient and professional looking. They walk you to whichever isle your supplies would be and ensure to hand you over to another professional within the new area of search. They make you feel like family and many even remember your name.

I would like to thank Jessica in the lumber dept for her excellent customer service. She was very helpful and friendly and not afraid to work.

I came in for a door knob and ended up getting a HD card and bought a new refrigerator. The customer service was on point and not pushy gave us our space and were available when we needed help.

My family and I recently moved to new braunfels but will travel back to the Selma location any time a Home Depot trip is needed

I purchased a new grill at the Home Depot location in Selma and had an excellent customer experience! Luke and Austin went above and beyond assisting me with my grill, changing out a piece and loading the grill onto the rental truck (after I miscalculated the measurements in my SUV). Incredible service with their "can-do" attitude. Employees like Luke and Austin are great to have. Thank you Home Depot, you have earned all my business going forward!

I have shopped at this store often even though it is not the closest to my home. The employees are excellent, the store is always neat.
