I bought many things at Home Depot and was very happy. I did The quality is fantastic And how do I know this? when I go to other stores outside of Home Depot, I have to go right back to Home Depot the price and the quality is great.

I was looking for several hard to find plumbing items. I finally met Home Depot employee Mr Tim Welch and he went out of his way to help me locate them and gave me some tips on how to install. This man was a true professional and I appreciate the time he spent with me. Thank you sir

I had a complicated exchange from an online purchase and was told by the online people it couldn't be done the way I asked, but Jeff did exactly that. It was common sense, and only the local store could figure that out.

The areas of the store that I visited were clean- organized and well stocked! Staff was busy cleaning and stocking. Associates I spoke with were friendly.

Great management, great staff, clean store, and employees very welcoming. I love it!

Went well out of my way for some door knobs! Thank goodness Aaron, Michelle and Rochelle were working! They made my trip worth the drive! There were a few others that helped whose names I didn’t get but everyone I came in contact with could not have been any nicer or helpful!!! I would highly recommend this store for your home projects!!!

i mostly always have great reviews for all home depot stores even this one. First poor experience ever here but no one in lumber would cut a piece of wood. Absolutely disappointed

These people are not friendly and the manager or the woman that called herself a manager RENATE acted like she couldn't make a decision to help me by using my Military ID due to the fact the code wasn't working, it's tide to my Pro-account! The cashier in the garden area today at 16:40 was just as lazy! They need training to improve the Store!

We bought Celling Fun, Toilet Seat, Kitchen Sink, Bathroom Sink, Carpet, Washer & Dryer,Smoke Alarms, Motion Security Light, Light Balls.

Thought i bought wireless headphones but got home and the box is empty!

The prodesk at the Love Joy Georgia Home Depot is the worse customer service based store I have been to in the last 12 years of our growing business! Erika at the pro desk had a "I hate to work, don't ask me for anything" type of attitude while popping her gum the entire time! There was another gentleman with a muscular build that was too pretty to work but was behind the pro desk the entire time. Asked Drew for something and he was later found in break room by another associate. Needless to say we had to go else where. Your 1x6x12 treated show 153 count but you had none. I'm not the smartest but it should be brought down to 0 so "maybe" it can replenish and we can buy some one day. Imagine that! This is an adult environment these people should be trained and held accountable for their actions. Play time should be left at home! Not at Home Depot. We can't run our business if your NOT running yours. By the way I asked who the store manager was and the cashier stated it was Ashley and asked why? Then proceeded to say she's not going to do anything anyways she's friends with everyone. That's not what I wanted to hear.

Wait time to check out in garden center was unacceptable. Lack of leadership with situational awareness to address the issue of adding cashiers. On top of that, the staff blocked the exit for customers so they could load a truck! So, the customer waits to exit the building due to their lack of judgment?!?! Everything rises and falls on leadership. Lead and guide your staff Store 6848!!

The LoveJOY store#6848 is an excellent HOME Depot store. The associates are not only very friendly, they are also attentive and very knowledgeable about products and services. Most of the time we are left to "figure things out for ourselves" and "hope for the best!" But the associates here were more than willing and able to assist us with all of our needs! Thank you for your help~

Do not attempt to return anything you bought from this store without a receipt or if it does not show up on your credit card. Service is NOT helpful at all. First time I’ve experienced anything like this. I would have thought that they would have at least given me store credit. Absolutely ridiculous
