Excellent service every time I’ve been at this store! Thank you!

Beware of the hidden charges for delivery and be sure to question the installation charges. This location has fallen well below the standards they used to have. It was difficult to get the information we needed regarding dimensions. I did not feel that I was a valued customer. Until this experience, I would have given this store a higher rating.

The staff at this particular store are consistently quick, friendly, and efficient. The store itself is well stocked, clean, and pleasant.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!

This is the 3rd appliance I have purchased from this store. The 2nd from the same sales person. He was about to walk out for the night when I walked in. He simply made a call home to let his family know he would be a little later than expected. Then went through everything necessary to help me make the Washer/Dryer purchase I wanted and made me feel comfortable and was sure to know I knew everything needed for all steps along the way. All without ever feeling rushed or pressured for time in any way.

Leonard helped me move some really heavy, damaged MDF that shouldn't have been in stock in the first place so I could get at the good stuff. He then helped me cut it so I could fit it in my car. He was a great help and he deserves a raise!

If you get the chance to get Michelle as a cashier you will not be disappointed she is so sweet, nice and so funny!

The employees are always kind, respectful and helpful.They are always willing to help me find a product that I need, even if I don't know what the name of the product is.

Wanted to let you know I was very disappointed in Home Depot yesterday at your store in Macedonia, Ohio. I wanted to purchase a over the range microwave, and I picked out one you had on sale which matched my range. Your sales associate informed me you do not stock this, but they can ship it to me for an extra $59.00. This is not a good sales program! I went to your competitor and purchased the same exact one for $20.00 less than your sale price and they had it in stock. I shop a lot at Home Depot and that’s the place I like but with deals like this I can start going elsewhere.

A must visit, very friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs, they knew that i was from Strongsville my regular store which is a good store, but upon my arrival and mentioned my concern about an item not sold by my regular store Mary was on it and above and beyond my expectation,I would recommend if your store does not have a item come here your experience would be well worth your visit thank you.

Let's be real, Home Depot isnt' what it use to be. Incompetents is far too common. That said, I went to Macedonia Lowe's on 1 Sep and purchased 3 exterior doors, installation for them and 6 locks to be rekeyed with a total cost of ~4,300 dollars. Fast forward to today, 15 Sep, I had to personally go in to find out that they cannot rekey Kwikset locks. My doors are scheduled to be installed tomorrow. I returned locks and went to Home Depot. If I could have returned the doors I would have. I went directly to Macedonia Home Depot and purchased 6 locks and John from Hardware, without prompting, sat at the Millwork desk and rekeyed all of them on the spot. I would have gladly left them over night. Simply outstanding customer service was given without hesitation.

When we first had a problem with the "old shower" door we visited the H/D where it was explained that small parts were not available and advised that a new door would be the best option. We followed the assistants advice and eventually selected a door based on her findings. That was Late May..... It is now almost August. The first door did not fit and the Installer said he would speak with the H/D and resolve the problem.... After a week of no updates we visited the store.... and after a series of apologies restarted the door procedure. Eventually we were informed that the second door would arrive July 16th.... It did and again that one did not fit.The installer took it away again and told us he would get it resolved. We visited the store a couple of days later and were greeted with the words "how's the new door???"... So obviously no one had done any follow up. Since then I think we have had only 2 calls relating to this incident and now we are angry and demand resolution. This on the survey report.apparent lack of cooperation is the reason for the demerits

Store is always clean and the team members are usually helpful. There is a man named Jan, in tje plumbing department. Look for him if you need good, solid advice. He knows his stuff and is a credit to Home Depot.
