First off Electric Department employee senior by the name of John is definitely your GO-TO GUY. Knows the products and locations without hesitation like he did it all his life. Manager and customer service was always available if I had any other questions. Thank you.

I bought a leaf blower today At the Home Depot in Macedonia, OH store. This purchase as with many,many,many others, I must say I've been extremely satisfied. I have the highest regard and confidence in the items I purchase there. Store is well organized, easy to read signage, and the staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I always have a good shopping experience at the Home Depot!

My service associate was hearing impaired and provided the best service, check out experience. This Home Depot deserves the DEI award of the year. Thank you for support all individuals, regardless of their differences.

I bought a discounted item in the garden center that was very healthy & a good price

I went into the store to find tomato stakes and was assisted by a lady named Michelle who happened to be deaf. But she was a delightful helper in spite of the communication gap. She easily helped me find what I was looking for and eventually help me through the pricing error that Occurred at another register. I brought my purchase back to her and she straightened everything out. Outstanding employee

Tried to exchange faulty kitchen counter top and Home Depot associate never gave paperwork at the time of will call pick up. And when tried to exchange damaged counter top for store credit to replace with a non faulty cabinet the same type. Customer Rep would not do and neither would the manager and two other associates and another claiming to be the manager literally laughed at me when I turned my back to leave.

MY PROJECT WAS TOTAL DISASTER. WRONGLY MEASURED MY HOME DEPOT. AND WHEN ITRIED TO GET MY ISSUES ADDRESSED, NO ON SEEMED TO CARE.

After looking and having measurements taken at other carpet stores, I'm completely happy and confident in my purchase from Home Depot.

Mr Booker in the flooring department in Macedonia was truly exceptional in taking care of our large flooring order. After our home was measured he even came back to work three hours after his shift ended to help us select our final product. He had opened the stoor and was willing tondo that for us. He spent three hours with us making sure everything was right. We had gone to a high end flooring store before we went to Home Depot and their customer service did not even come close to the professional treatment we recv at the Macendonia OH store from Mr Booker.

shelf was empty of 15 a. CB's, John grabbed a ladder a restocked shelf

I walked around the aisles 4 times trying to find the air compressors and pipe straps. Went to customer service and their personal phones and private conversations were far more important than my needs. I guess I shouldn't go shopping being invisible....I normally shop in Streetsboro and am used to employees always being available and VERY helpful.
