I love this store. It's been my store since I bought my first home (which I'm still in) 4 years ago. It has been a major part of the entire restoration of both indoor and outdoor care.

Hard pass. Employees aren't friendly, management completely ineffectual

Needs more registers for check out and all registers such take cash or credit. Not one registers for cash and on for credit it make getting out harder and stressful

Cashier Valerie is the worst cashier I have ever seen , I will cancel my homedepot credit card and I will start working with Lowe’s only. She was very rude and had no idea about her store rules.

We ordered 2 unfinished cabinets- one came in looking like a forklift drove through one of the doors. Jessica took us back to investigate the damage though she had already ordered another one for us. She allowed us to take the damaged cabinet minus the damaged door so we could continue our project. When I retrieved the door yesterday, the whole cabinet was there and I was amazed that it took the cashier so long to find a phillip's screwdriver so I could take the door off. She did find one and I got the door. While waiting in line to pay for my other item, Jess was walking by and I said hi. She saw the door and was truly grateful that I had gotten it and that our project was not held up. 5 stars to Jess!

Do not ask anything to an associate under name Mary she doesn’t have any customer service and she might walk away from you like you are sick or have leprosy other than that the rest the store are friendly.

Always liked this store until now. Went to purchase some flooring. Spent about an hour trying ti get help and none to be had. Not happy.

When our very expensive refrigerator died after 18 months and we couldn't get anyone to come out and repair it and the Manufacturers Customer Service was useless (LG) both the store and Home Depot corporate offices bent over backwards to help my family out.

I have to say - customer service is excellent at The Home Depot, East Marlboro - and served with a cheerful attitude! Everyone "knows their stuff"!

I have shopped at this Home Depot in Marlboro for a number of years, and have found that each of their employees seem very well trained, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products and where the stock is located. They are quite helpful in offering advise for a project, too! If you ever need to return an item, their customer service desk is well attended, and helpful. There are a lot of innovative products throughout the store as well. I can recommend with confidence The Home Depot in Marlboro.

This store is grossly understaffed, understocked and underperforming. It’s not very coved safe either. Generally, the store is a pig pen.
