I have recently bought a house and had to do a lot of remodeling, so I went to the Home Depot in Marlboro and I was able to find all o the material at that same location not to mention the help I received when choose the right materials for my home project.

Im a GC and go to Home Depot store all over the state , this location in Marlboro is hands down the very best in every way, people are willing to help and things are cleaned and organized .

My ordering thru doors with Sharon was great , I shop a lot for many years at home depot but waited 6 weeks long time for door to come in the warehouse cancelled few delivery dates

I paid $63,00, and I bought the wrong size of blind, went to return to buy the right one I got back only $15,00, because a assistent manager rang my order as a $179,00 discount, instead $179,00 cash? They just robbed me on my face and found out when I went to return a item.

I rented an aerator and the chain snapped making it inoperable. I was home alone with a tight timeline to complete my lawn project. As the machine required 2 people to lift, and I was solo, I called to inquire if they had a team that come out to help collect broken equipment, or if I could have more time seeing as I would have to finish the time sensitive project with no machine (or to source somewhere else). Bringing it back wasn't an option as I was solo and it weighed close to 200lbs. The person in the department informed me they couldn't help with the machine and that I'd have to bring it back within the time I rented it. No extra time could be given. I explained I lost time as the machine broke and I couldn't lift it to bring it back, and I would have to go somewhere else to try to source a new machine or finish the project manually, but again, no exceptions could be made. To confirm, they could give me a new machine when I brought back the other, but I didn't have another pair of hands until much later in the day to help me lift it. I was very disappointed some additional time wasn't extended seeing as it was their equipment that broke. I finished the project manually (taking several hours longer than with a working machine), and brought the machine back that night seeing as I would have been charged extra. I will not be renting from here again if I can help it.

We buy a lot from the Home Depot in Marlborough, and Frank has always been extremely helpful with everything. I’m a general contractor, and sometimes we need to place big orders or special orders. Frank is very knowledgeable, proactive, and always makes the process smooth. There are times when I’ll even drive past other Home Depots just to work with him because the level of service he provides is outstanding.

Steve Baker was very helpful with guiding us through the purchase as well as the extended warranties

The cashier was such a sweetheart. I have a bad back, so she lifted a plant for me to put it in my car. She even brought paper out without me asking so it didn’t get my car dirty. I had her put it in the front seat and she put a seatbelt on it to keep it secured, she was so nice

i bought 800 sq.ft of tile, which had a delivering date of two weeks. About 3 hours later found out I only needed 150 sq.ft. and called the Home Deport to cancel my order. I had insisted to talk the store manager to try to cancel the order, who then said it wasn't guaranteed to be cancelled. I explained I only ordered it 3 hours earlier and was told would be here for a couple of weeks. she said it didn't matter.

I recently shopped at home depot for a variety of electrical products I needed for my home. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the items I needed and made sure I was all set. Very positive experience.

The associate (I can’t recall her name, but it was this past Friday afternoon at the Marlboro, MA store) was very quick to point me in the direction of carriage bolts. After about 5 minutes, out of my peripheral vision, I noticed a signature orange apron clad associate walking in my direction (my head was down as I continued to pick my bolts, washers, nuts, etc.) and then I heard the familiar voice of my soon to be #1 ranked hardware store employee. She said, “How’s it going, Metallica?” I smirked and said, “Great!” She had read the shirt I was wearing (Metallica T shirt) and used that to distinguish me (not looking at her) from another gentleman who was a few feet away from me also sifting through the 1000s of pieces of hardware. That made my day.

I ordered something online for pick up. The website was easy to navigate, and the item was ready pretty quick.

Home Depot never disappoints! They regularly answer technical questions and provide positive direction. During spring, I regularly purchase garden supplies and materials. I do have back problems, so I always ask for help moving heavy items into my car. I’ve never been disappointed! So nice to get help with feeling guilty or like I’m a nuisance! Thank you HD!!!

I was looking for a specific item , there is no customer service I felt so unwelcome there the only person that helped me was the one at the register because it was a self scan other than that the customer service at the floor. that store is like a ghost town

Recently your app changed. It moved the location locator and made it almost impossible to find. Other data that was useful and easy to find such as the SKU and HD identifier was also gone. Bud move please fix it.

The store looked like it was in chaos and the lady didn't seem to want to help when I asked for it she said she would be right back but then walk past the isle I was in like 3 times. So I didn't spend the $250 that I was going to and I went about my shopping many isles were packed with orders and were not easy to navigate.

My wife and I need to purchase seven sets of blinds for windows. All the pieces needed to be cut. We entered the Home Depot in Marlborough at Christmas Eve with a half hour before they're closing. A store manager and two dedicated employees help us complete our order cut all of the pieces And have us out just moments after their closing time. No complaints between all of us some good conversation, some holiday laughter about our circumstances. Basically a great trip to Home Depot. Great store and its employees are truly dedicated.

Staff engagement with shoppers seem to be on the rise.

Registers were closing. All personnel gracious. Attitude of employees patient, tolerant in expediting the same.

We had a carpet installed recently. The flooring manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation went smoothly and on time. It was a great experience.

I purchased a rake from a very limited selection compared to the past. Also I’m looking for the solar lights that are seasonal- only summer ones of birds and pineapple are available. I’m looking for glass Santa and snowmen / people on the metal stick- not the flashy stuff by the Christmas trees and ornaments.

The Marlboro Home Depot stocked the Andersen window replacement hardware that I needed for a 40-year old casement window. I was happy to complete my repair the same afternoon.

Store layout is easy to maneuver. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I had a small project, but a few questions as I am not a great handyman. Robert listened to my plan, then politely told me it made sense, but wouldn’t work. He then told me what I should do and what I needed. I thanked him and left to get my material. I first went to the rest room, and then when got to the aisle I needed, Robert was already there and had picked out everything I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went WAY above and beyond to help me do this correctly.
