Product availability is outstanding - we always find products not available in Canada at great price. We have found a variety of products we could not resist bying - very happy we went cross border shopping - definitely worth the ride.

Some Of The Staff Worry Me! Other then that it was a good store and most employees were trying there best in helping me anytime I go into buy an item

I returned to Home Depot to purchase tile I was deciding on and it was gone from tile area. I was going to go online to try and find it and decided to inquired with an associate first. He knew the tile I was referring to and brought me to a clearance section where the tile was. Thankfully there was enough to complete my bathroom - and I saved money!!!!

It's pretty good and easy to find what I need. It has the tools I need. It is my choice for tools.

At the Massena Home Depot, you always receive a very friendly, knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you find what you need and even offer helpful suggestions for your home project. And, the prices are great. It is one of my favorite stores. I would highly recommend the Massena Home Depot.

On this visit the young sales associate spent time helping me explore all the options to resolve my project problem. He went above & beyond, was friendly and receptive to my ideas. Was nice to work with him to finish up my home project. The older lady in lawn & garden is so wonderfully knowledgeable about my garden projects and greets me warmly each time. I appreciate the input and sharing of ideas. Like going to visit a good friend.

Store very clean, sales associates were very helpful, explained difference several different products, definately will return soon for more Christmas gifts

Having spent a significant amount of time and money at this store, I have found that the employees seem to be good-willed and ready to help; however, you may want to get a second opinion and/or read such things as installation instructions thoroughly as the employees don't seem to be fully trained on the products they are selling. For example, I spent right around $2000 on laminate flooring and premium underlayment, and come to find out, they were not compatible and therefore I voided the warranty. Now I have a beautiful cherry finish floor that is curling up at the seems. Both products were purchased at the same time, on the same receipt- would've been nice if someone had let me know before I bought it. It is nice to be able to bounce your ideas off of the employees and get some feedback from their point of view.

The store employs several very helpful associates. In the recent past we have had opportunity to shop here for a couple of different projects and the associates we spoke with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. John in the plumbing section and Dave in the Paint section went above and beyond in helping us with our projects. We will recommend that our friends and family speak with them if they shop at the store and need help in these departments!

I noticed the new BAY ID signs and want to say that is a great improvement when locating items I'm looking for using the HD App. Bravo! Over the past year I've spent 85% of my 35K budget on the renovation of our old house in Waddington, though there are Lowe's Potsdam and Ogdensburg, your store has continually met or exceeded our needs. Thank-you.

I have never been disappointed visiting the Home Depot in Massena NY. As a customer you could not ask for nicer and more helpful sales associates. I live in Ottawa Canada and make point of compiling a list of items to purchase during my visits to the HD in Massena. I also appreciate the the fact they always tell me that they appreciate my business. In the case of Ottawa Canada, they are friendly, but outside of a thanks and have a nice day I have never once been told they appreciate my business -- talk about making the customer feel welcomed when you cross the border given we are only 50 minute drive to the states.

Remodeling spareroom project and everyone was friendly and assisted us with our purchase. Great selection and wonderful staff!

I needed to purchase 12 tons of pellets for delivery to my home. The fellow at the pro desk took care of me promptly and then the young lady at the checkout finished off my order - also in a very timely manner. Then on the day of delivery, the delivery man was at my home within minutes of the time he stated, and he place the 12 pallets of pellets exactly where I wanted them. This was a very satisfactory shopping experience.
