The store lacks customer service. I a actually wrote a bad review about two of the workers there as they were extremely rude and they would no publish it. Stay away from this store

Returns are easy and they are helpful putting items in my care for me (I am elderly) Store was clean. Very helpful people.

Amazing staff..knowledgeable and very attentive. RUSS waited on me and was absolutely wonderful answering all my questions and helping me with all my tool purchases. Thank you Russ and Massena HOME DEPOT. He was truly a super helpful employee!!!

Laurie helped me order a stacking washer dryer over the phone and could not have been more kind, helpful and empathetic. When someone treats you like family when making a big purchase like this, that is extraordinary!

My husband and I spend a lot of time running to Home Depot, sometimes shortly before closing, to get something we need for a project we're trying to complete. It's very rare to not have someone ask if they can help me anytime I'm in the store, which I sincerely appreciate. The employees are very knowledgable, and if they aren't sure about something, they will get someone else to help. Love our Massena Home Depot!

During this hard time with the virus, the employees are very helpful, the store was clean, the carts sanitized, and I was very comfortable shopping in this store. I found everything I went in for. An employee helped me check out at the self checkouts, because my glasses kept fogging up with my mask on. I love this store!

I needed to return items as one was the wrong fit. Two Returns associates were at the desk, both on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. When one was finally ready she never even looked me in the eye! Never offered to get the proper size, or apologize for the improper fit. Never said Thankyou or Good afternoon. Train your Returns staff to at least be pleasant! And what's with the one who has dyed red hair the color of Bozo the Clown? Have them dress and look businesslike.

It's very convenient to have a nice store like Home Depot in the town of Massena. I visit the store often and usually find what I'm looking for. Thanks for coming to Massena,NY

Great store. Friendly people. When you are leaving a review for the receipt survey though, pay attention. Apparently I said I wouldn’t come back here, and I had no ability to change my answer. I would gladly come back here. It’s clean. It’s stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and plentiful. And it’s warm.

Massena's Home Depot is a shining example of what a good manager can do. The store is clean, bright, well organized. The employees are helpful, friendly and easy to work with on a variety of issues. Shopping there whether for a small item such as a clamp or a larger purchase of an appliance, each customer receives quality support.

I worked at the Home Depot are a seasonal job. I loved my co-workers and my Garden position. I love this store and me and my family shop there all the time. Thank you for the great customer service and quality products.

I just did a phone transaction for new decking materials with the Home Depot in Massena, NY. It was the best customer service experience I have had with a building supply store to date (I'm 56). Ryan was very professional and sincere. He thanked me for my business and when he sent me the receipt he took time to write another thank you. I will use them for future needs for sure.

This HomeDepot always has friendly customer service. Everyone tries to help you with your needs. I've had the employees at this store go above and beyond to help me with special orders. The store is also well stocked.

Asked for specific size carpet and pad waited a week to get got home started putting down pad not enough,so that means not enough carpet.now they say 10 working days to get.Stated 3or4 times the size needed.SUCKS

We purchased a refrigerator on 06/13/2019 by a very knowledgeable associate, Jeremy, and was told if the fridge goes on sale for their Red, White and Blue sale, he would call and let us low. He did on 06/20/2019 and we were refunded $595.00. This is an outstanding service from the store.

I wanted to mention Nolan, Alex, Ryan and Nick by name. They went above and beyond. Nolan and Alex took our materials list and helped us through the aisles getting our items ready right away. They brought me and my husband to Ryan who was able to save us some money by putting the materials into a bid room. Then they all came out and helped my husband load the materials onto our trailer. Super customer service from the second we walked in the door!

I was very pleased with the service I received at this store. Everytime I go in and need an item the employees are more than helpful.

I walked in and received fast assistance by a man named Chuck. He took a look at my long supply list and walked me to each item and also did my cuts for me! I was stressed going in the store but Chuck took that all away. Im so glad he was working and asked me if i needed help! Because I absolutely did! With the store clean and organized we found things right where it was supposed to be.

I ordered some poly pipe online which was to be in the store ready for pickup on the 18th of Apr. UPS showed it was received on the 15th. The 18th I checked on it and it wasn't ready. The girl said it hadn't been shipped and I told her UPS did. The 23rd I went back with printouts and the girl told me that when UPS delivers they just sign for the whole truck without checking the contents. WOW, I'd never sign for something if I didn't know what I was getting. The items had to be re-ordered.

Other shopping at this store have left me leaving the store in tears. They were very rude, and even indicated I was a liar I will be sure to look for Sandra on any more trips to this store. Don't under stand what the nickname you want is suppose to be

Awesome displays and selections of products. Very helpful and knowledgeable workers were a pleasure to shop with. We will definitely be back!

The staff are so friendly and willing to help. I am a lover of Behr paint and the young man was so helpful in assisting me with very thing I needed for my project! Love this store! It is always clean and well stocked. If they don't have it, they will get it!
