Very helpful.
I bought an overhead garage door ( special order) took several weeks to get here. After picking it up it was a few weeks before the installer could come. When he came started the installation process and opened the last box that had the panel with windows found one had been broken. Being it was just about complete he finished the installation. I took photos of the entire door and the broken glass and went back to the store. They were very helpful, and managed to get me a new window replacement.

        Good store
        Massena's Home Depot has a good selection at reasonable prices. Like all businesses right now, they have a shortage of help, but that is the same wherever you go. The majority of their employees are helpful and courteous. Many are very knowledgeable and helpful in their department.

            Ridiculous Pallet Fee
            I have been buying heating pellets from Home Depot for years. This year, they’ve implemented a pallet fee of $25 per pallet. It will be spring before I empty all the pallets in order to take them back and get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

                Lumber
                It hard to find straight Lumber , we had to sort through nearly a whole stack to get 4 boards . I realize this is not the local stores fault as they get shipments from outside sources. But if people cannot find what they need they will go elsewhere. We wasted over an hour going through a stack of substandard boards. Home Depot need better quality control.

                  I like the single package of paper towels that are compared to Bounty. I don’t have lots of room for them, so I buy them 4 at a time. I hope you will continue to sell them separate, they are very good paper towels.

                        Avoid Massena store/
                        If you are considering buying a marked down item, don't! You will be charged the full price and need to stand in line at the front desk to get the marked down price. Extremely unfriendly customer service, or complete lack thereof. Would not recommend anyone shop this store.

                                These past few weeks I’ve been at our local Home Depot buying garden soil and mulch for my gardens, every time a worker has helped me load my vehicle. Always with a friendly ,kind manner.

And seem to always have what I need and stock the brands I love. Then there is the main reason. I'm a veteran and these guys get it. They offer one of the best discounts in this area period.                                     The Home Depot Credit Card is not a savings
                                    They store will talk you into applying for a Home Depot credit card to get a discount in this case it was $100 off the purchase. The credit card was declined at the store and in my email it said I was approved. So what is the story? I was told by the assistant store manager to call Customer service to get the $100 discount applied to the purchase. The customer service agent told me the $100 discount could only be applied to the next purchase. This is a run around and a ploy to get you to get their credit card for them to get paid for by the credit card company.

                                      I am a retired individual who had to load 4 x 8 sheets of waferboard myself while 3 employees of the Massena Home Depot stood and watched me and called for someone when I asked for assistance. Horrible, LAZY em[ployees.The help showed up after I was finished.

                                        Too many displays
                                        Main race track is too congested very inconvenient to shop when you have to step aside so someone in the opposite direction can get thru. CORPORATE GREED DO BETTER

                                                    misleading info from sales rep
                                                    I bought a John Deer lawnmower and asked the sales rep about the bag attachment as far as was it user friendly meaning that I am a senior and need to be able to remove the bagging unit whenever needed. So we purchased the bagging unit at the same time as the lawn mower. As we are checking out, the manager noticed that the bagging unit was the wrong one for our lawnmower, so had to take extra time to go thru the return process and ordering the correct bagger to be delivered. Once we received the unit, we read that we needed to remove the existing blades on the lawnmower which meant putting it on a lift. We had to hire someone to put it together which took several months to find someone available. The day I was about to use it, we were told about some of the problems with the performance so I called the store and talked to Mike the manager and explained the situation. I wanted to know if I can return the bagger if I am not satisfied. He said that it was past 30 days to return it and that I have to disconnect the unit from the lawnmower and bring it in with no guarantee of a full return. We used it the next daywith the hope that it performs up to our expectations. Well it plugged up immediately, cut my hand trying to unplug it. I was not happy! Not only did it plug up often but it the grass had to be bone dry and not high (3") for it to work somewhat. So now I am stuck with this bagging unit and feel that I was mislead. I can't return it nor use it until I can have it removed which means hiring someone again. Then what do I do with this unit while I make the payments. I called John Deer and put in a formal complaint. Just waiting to hear what happens next.

                                                      The store itself is clean and well stocked. I haven't seen a cashier except for the garden section and the self checkouts are plagued with problems. Definitely a place to avoid if you don't want to wait in line and then wait for someone to "fix" the self checkout.

                                                            Excellent store well stocked
                                                            They have most everything although on my last trip I had asked an associate where an item was they looked it up on their handheld device and two times I had to ask. Both times I was sent and the item was not there. Finally I asked an associate on the floor where the item was and he and carried me to the item it had been located two aisles down on an end cap and finally found what I was looking for I wasted 10 to 15 minutes of my time I was disappointed but I did get what I was looking for.
