I bought a Milwaukee tool hedge trimmer and the help I received was outstanding and the price was too.

I went to Home Depot with an urgent need for a chest freezer and Cindy was the associate to help me with the purchase of a floor model chest freezer that was exactly what I needed and available for immediate purchase!

I've purchased this brand be fore and I was very happy with it. It lasts along time.

Bough new shades for a new home and Carolyn was outstanding, kind and helpful! I will be back!

I've always received great service from this location. The closest HD to me is about 2 1/2 miles from my home, but I would rather drive the 8 miles to the Menominee Falls loaction because of the service.

As a veteran I appreciate that Home Depot provides a special program. It's even more meaningful when I checkout and the cashier thanks me for my service. A small thing that means a lot.

I needed to figure out exactly what parts I needed for an appliance purchase to install it in my home. After researching on the web, I really wanted to work with a product expert. Marsha in the appliance area of the Menomonee Falls store was FANTASTIC! She listened all my needs and issues, contacted both her installation team and the manufacturer, helped me locate the specific part I needed, and together we determined I should have my own contractor do the installation. (The issue was a gas drier that needed to vent out the side and at the same time have a new vent installed in the side of my house due to using a pedestal under the drier where the prior unit did not use one). She really took the time to help me over the course of nearly an hour. During that time, she make sure other customers who needed help had other store associates take care of them. I really could not have asked for more. It was a major appliance purchase and I really appreciated her expert help. Bravo! Overall, I shop regularly at this store and have always had great experiences, ranging across most all of the departments and a variety of home needs. This experience underscores why I enjoy shopping her. Great people who take pains to serve their customers.

I have a home depot much closer to me but I choose to come to this one because of the staff and overall experience of this location.
