Pleasant experience
I walked into Home Depot, right away I was greeted by a friendly worker and asked if I needed any help. The greeter took me where the products were located. That was excellent customer service.

Great customer service that I’ve never had there before—ever!
Shay & Antwon we’re helpful, friendly, professional & efficient AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD ME, the CUDTOMER. It’s actually quite noticeable because in the past, I would cringe if I had to go to the NORTH SHORE Home Depot because the employees were surly, unapproachable, avoided helping & had the attitude of “ Don’t Bother Me.” And if you could find someone to help they barely made eye contact, we’re uncommunicative, and/or did not know where the products were & would not show me where they were and sometimes sent me on a wild goose chase all over the store.
