If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Monticello offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
