I came in during the evening and I had some problems that were my fault but the staff did such a great job helping me I couldn't believe it.

Our refrigerator broke down unexpectedly, and we looked online, and found what we were looking for at store. The associate that helped us ( Don Schwartz) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience on a bad day.

I shop at this store a lot and I like dealing with the employees here because they are always so knowledgable and helpful. I also prefer the quality of the Home Depot products compared to other companies.

The store was clean and organized. I found what I was looking for in short order.

This Home Depot store is one of my favorites due to the pleasent and helpful staff here. Any time I need help, there is always a staff member not far away that greets me with a smile and helps me find what I'm looking for! These people are great! I wish more places were as friendly.

The Sunday Star & Tribune had an advertisement with lots of savings at Home Depot if one purchased a multiple of appliances. My appliances were 22 years old and decided to make a visit prior to my purchase. Jason Loberg was most helpful and arranged to come back when he was working, but said in case I wanted to purchase sooner to see Wolf. But before decided to check Menard's and same Refrigerator was on sale for lower price so with a print out came back to the store few days later. Impressed because Wolf helped with setting up the order, then helped by Danielle cashier then the actual price match approved courtesy of Nicole. Left the store one happy camper and looking forward to delivery of my new appliances after Thanksgiving and know I will be back again for Christmas shopping!

The price at the shelf was not the price I was charged at the cashier. The associate asked for help and I was told that they didn't have the ability to change the price at the register and it was too bad and sorry. I'm not sure why I shop at Home Depot since their prices are higher than Menards. I guess its because of the stores location only!

The store employees were very helpful and the selection/ quality of store merchandise very good. I shop at Home Depot frequently and recommend Home depot to all.

It is always an enjoyable experience to get assistance from Home Depot staff, whether my husband and I going into the store knowing or not knowing what we need to correctly finish a project. We always come away from the Monticello, MN store satified with the help, the availability of staff, and with the education we leave with regarding DIY projects.

I just had to run in for a quick item. As I was ready to check out cashier Regina was ready and waiting to help out. She was very friendly and personable. I left the store with a smile because of the great prices and the cheerful service.

I had a very nice time in the Garden area. The woman there was very helpful. I really like the small little pine trees I got. I will have fun decorating them for Christmas! My other two plants are doing very well also. I want to thank your store for having very nice people working there. Thank You! CO

I didn't know where to look for the item I was looking for. Immediately an associate helped and directed me to the location I needed to go and I was in and out in no time. Great job!

I visited the Monticello store on Saturday and found all of the associates very helpful. I had purchased paint during the Labor Day sale and brought it back to have it mixed. The girl in the paint dept was helpful and very friendly. I got a free bag of popcorn and when I got to the check out lanes there was a few carts ahead of me with lots and lots of lumber and building materials. An associate came up to me and told me she would help me through the Self Checkout, which she did and was very speedy. I went back today because I realized I forgot to buy a couple of things on Saturday. Another excellent experience today. The check out clerk was the only person I interacted with. She was very friendly and helpful.

Went in to the store to get a few things. They had everything I needed and it was easy to find. The self check out was quick and easy.

The sales associate that helped me was great! I needed items to build a small wall, install a pre-hung door and line the closet with cedar. I had the list and he helped me get everything in a timely fashion and made check out a breeze! Thank you!!

The staff here were very nice and offered to assist me even though I did not ask. This made my shopping experience much nicer and I apreciated this.

It seems that I quite often have needs that take me to the Monticello, MN, Home Depot Store. I'm always able to find the product I need and the information needed for the project I'm working on.
