They all seem to know what I needed and those that didn't got me someone right away that did.

We are lucky to have 2 Depots in our area, Keller and North Ft Worth. What ever errands we run we can choose the closer of the 2 to shop at. Both are great stores and never have issues shopping either one.

Very well organized. Very friendly paint department employees.

I love this store because it is an easy on and off and back on I35W. Because my job is very mobile I find this store to be well stocked and because it is on my way to work and on the way back home I can get what I need when I need it. Store is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always seem to be in stock with the majority of what I require.

I take comfort in knowing that the associates are not just working for Home Depot, but experts in their field. I had an issue with a ceiling fan and the associate was confident in knowing which supplies were necessary to complete my task. I appriciated the statement, "I can ABSOLUTELY help you!" Thanks Home Depot

This store is a good place to shop because the associates are so helpful.

Was referred to a Home Depot by cell, As I lived further than I wish to tell. When I arrived the service was great and I didn't have to wait; I drove all the way home feelin' swell!

We needed tile that had to be retrieved from overhead using a forklift. 2 guys were very helpful in assisting & telling us how much grout we would need. We also appreciated the help loading tile into the truck!

Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about products.

The associates were greeting men and did not even say hello to me. I guess as a woman you need to be able to provide self service.

All Home Depots Service is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! I no longer bother to check out the competition, it's such a waist of time as well as unnecessarily frustrating!!

I had an electrical situation that I needed help with and the associate H was so knowledgable and kind to help me and stay right with me til the thing was fixed

I picked up a couple of wrong items, it was easy exchaning them. No hassle

I was able to find what I needed, I got in and out

I got all I needed, Was happy when I got home and was able to do what I needed to do.

I purchased some paint and needed more, come back with my can and got an exact match. I got a color code from another store when I painted another room the day before ran out went back for more and the paints dont match the code,now I have two different blue..Next day I painted another room got paint from Home Depot rain out and got a perfect match..

Great store workers are very friendly and things are easy to find...

The tall guy in flooring, Josh, is super helpful. He told me about using something called simple mat to stick my mosaic tile instead o using the sloppy stuff called mortar. And then Josh helped find some stains in the paint department and some wooden sticks I needed in the lumber department. This will be the only store I shop in as long as the cute guy named Josh is workin there. ; )

Great service, they took me right to what I needed and answered all of my questions. I am a new homeowner and new to all things fix-it and diy so I really appreciated the helpfulness and patience.

Wonderful overall service. I have been extremely impressed with this Home Depot from the very first time I walked in the door.
