Tony helped me with some missing parts on my GE refrigerator. He asked Kerry from hardware to see if there was a fix that would work today, however not available, Tony worked with Diana online to get the hardware I needed shipped to me, as well as getting credit back for ordering just before Memorial Day when the fridge is now on sale.

Was lied to about rental of equipment returned early and then was charged additional money over the deposit No one had time to help with anything to busy goofing off and playing on phones

The self checkout is getting from bad to worse. Was in the store today and 3 associates just stood while the recording went off more times than I can count that customer needed assistance. Even tried to get their attention to no avail. Ever since they went to this model, I have hated going here. Horrible service. Home Depot customer service used to be excellent, now it is non existent.

I had outstanding assistance from Tyson in purchasing replacement fuse for my microwave, he researched exactly what I needed and helped me find the correct item, when I had originally selected something similar but it would not have worked

The employees, especially cashiers, are very friendly. They always go above and beyond to help others and do their best to improve a customer’s shopping experience.

I am retired & seeking to become a true DIY'r. I find the North Ft Worth Home Depot has most everything that I have been currently looking for. There seems to always be helpful store associates who will help me things. I also especially appreciate having vendor reps; in particular the Ryobi tool rep- talk to them every time I go into the store.

Honored online pricing as advertised, helpful in finding difficult items and made sure someone was available to load heavy items in truck

I ordered a couple of items on HD dot com for pickup. When I was pulling in the parking lot I got a text that the order was cancelled because they were not in stock. I walked into the store and they had four of the items I was looking for. Seems the guy responsible for pulling them was too lazy to even go check. And when confronted by a manager, he got very aggressive. So much so my wife warned me to not get involved. Timothy needs to be fired.

I have used this Store for all my projects. Home Depot has earned my loyalty because they have supported our school programs and have what I need for my projects.

Go visit Elizabeth and you will see the great customer service skills that I saw.

Was in there yesterday bought 3 and half pallets of 80lb concrete everyone in pro area are clueless and took over a hour to get loaded cashier Ann refused to check me out said she was busy but asked the person behind me if they were ready to check out extremely rude and not professional

I was assisted by Sales Associate, Tony Morris. He was professional and knowledgeable in the appliance I wanted to purchase. When it was not available, Mr. Morris located the equivalent in another brand, set up a convenient delivery and reviewed the entire transaction along with the Protection Plan that I purchased. He made my shopping experience easy and I left the store knowing the choice of the appliance was exactly what was needed.

Nobody wants to help. They carried two sizes of a fastener that is used in a ton of applications. They have a ton of stuff that rarely gets used in stock. I’m sure it’s some sort of inventory algorithm that says “we don’t need these” but the needs of the customers aren’t being addressed.

The associate in appliances, Tony, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was great.
