I have shopped at almost every Hone Depot in town & never came across such a kind, helpful associate....he deserves a raise!! If all customer service were as great as he was shopping would be a breeze :-)

On Black Friday, these Home Depot sales associates top the charts! They were helpful and readily showed me where the items on my list were located! Most items were up front and easy to spot. One item was hard to find and an associate hunted it down, went to the location and brought one up to the front for me!! Now, that's super service on any day, but is exceptional service on a busy Black Friday!! They had sufficient stock of the specials I wanted, and took the time to discuss the various options to help me with my purchasing decisions. This was a fun experience -- the happy sales people and great deals made this Home Depot the highlight of my Black Friday shopping!!

While purchasing appliances at Home Depot, I found the experience very pleasant. The store was well-organized and clean. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to demonstrate features and answer questions.

had to go back 3 times to get help...first two times not enough help on floor...am totally redoing kitchen needed appliances, cabinets and counter tops....ordered cabinets someplace else due to lack of help in store...may go back to order counter tops...BUT did order all my appliances from Home Depot....wait time is too long, sometimes hours,,,I do not have time to stand around and wait...did make appointment but then had to cancel......still indeed of windows, doors lights (15) ceiling fans (4) outdoor lighting, kitchen and bath sinks, toilets......do not have time to waste standing around Home Depot, want to zoom in and out......but that's how I shop, I know what I want, just need someone to write it up and deliver......I do shopping on line then go look at it...made mistakes before on toilets with the top mount flusher...this time I want side handle.....under counter sinks......also went somewhere else for floor tile and carpet.....

Justina at the Customer service counter was awesome. She was very friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to make my purchase satisfying. I've been to many Home Depots and have been very dissatisfied with the service provided. Justina has taken a huge step in restoring my confidence in Home Depot. Had several items to find. Able to find associates, or was approached by them readily. It isn't always that way, though not bad nearly all the time when I shop there.
