I wanted to provide feedback on your employee Kermit. I was trying to fix a closet fastener. He not only told me the right product showed me exactly how to fix this issue. I came in the next day with another problem. I was trying to fix a broken lemon squeezer hinge. This lemon squeezer has been in my family for generations, and I did not want to part with it. Kermit not only was able to get the right screws to fix this problem, but he helped my fix it right then and there. Customer service like that is why I always shop at Home Depot. He went above and beyond and I hope Home Depot employs more people like Kermit. His knowledge and willingness to help is such an asset to Home Depot as these kinds of qualities are very rare now a days. I appreciate Kermit and am thankful that he was at Home Depot to help resolve my issues. Thank you Kermit for everything you do for your customers. I will be a customer with Home Depot for life when you employ employees like Kermit.

Robert F provided the best customer service and was extremely helpful in the purchase of our Komodo Joe bbq grill!. He made the process super quick and easy and we got exactly what we wanted!! We will be back to see Robert and give him some of our yummy bbq from the new grill!

Friendly and helpful staff

I do a lot of home projects myself...plumbing, small electrical issues, lawn & garden, so I'm frequently in a Home Depot somewhere. The Home Depot in Scottsdale has some of the most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable employees that I have encountered anywhere.

I entered the store near closing time to pick up some large sheets of foam. It would have ended with me leaving with nothing, but for Anthony. Thanks, you helped me out in a bind!

The need was simple and Kermit made me feel important enough to take the time and take care of business quickly and efficiently!!! I am grateful for his assistance at this Home Depot.

I have been using Home Depot for window coverings both professionally (I'm a Realtor) and personally for years. Joel P. who is my go to person in that department always takes care of me and is very knowledgeable due to his years in the business as a manufacturer. I have used other companies in the past but bottom line is HD will improve your bottom line with the same or similar products that other companies sell!

Quick trip to gather a couple of items. Employees were engaging, polite, and friendly. Good overall experience with a quick checkout process.

Everyone is very helpful, the store is very clean, and I have the most success getting helped in lumber by Jessie! Such a great store!

They seem to have customer service really dialed in at this particular Home Depot. I feel like they have knowledgeable people who have helped me save time and money by offering great solutions when approaching handyman projects. These people specifically include Kermit, Zephyr, Anthony, Janet in paint, John Linehan in lighting, and others who've made my life easier! I grow more confident in my approach to DIY and handyman projects everyday thanks to this Home Depot at Hayden in N. Scottsdale.

This Home Depot is one of the best stores we have encountered for finding what we need. The sales associates are always helpful and certainly seem to know their inventory of products and better yet how well each works or functions. This is our families and business' go to store for tools, paint and paint tools, gardening equipment and supplies and swimming pool needs.

I have had terrible service in some Colorado stores where understaffing is a problem but this store experience convinced me that Home Depot does put a priority on customer satisfaction. I’m empathetic with staffing challenges and will be more tolerant in areas that can’t find qualified staff.

Who knew there were so many sizes & choices available of wall mirrors?! Great staff to assist when we can't find stuff to complete our home improvements jobs. Always friendly, they understand our needs, they are very knowledgeable. Today a lady named Karrie helped us, great job!! She saved us time hunting down an item for a project.

I shop The Home Depot nearly every day. When I'm in other Scottsdale stores, staff is usually pretty helpful. When I'm in the North Scottsdale Store, it seems like all the employees just started yesterday. When I commented to ASM Mike that the staff were lacking in helping to direct where to find things, his response was there are over 50,000 SKU's in the store and I can't expect everyone to know where everything is.

We had a long list of items we were looking for, and upon arrival met Dan who works at the Kalispell MT store. He walked us through the store locating everything we were looking for until we had every item. A lot of the items were locked up tools with security devices. Outstanding ambassador for Home Depot!

I always find the product I am looking for. The employees are AWESOME!

The paint counter needs to take numbers like the deli at the grocery store. It’s extremely annoying to stand and wait for 10 minutes trying to get paint, then have another rude customer walk up and butt in front of you.

I bought an LED light fixture for my walk -in closet.
