excellent outdoor garden selection

Dave in paints really knew what he was doing. He did an awesome job making a custom gray that I love.

This store is always adequately stocked, and always has friendly employees.

Great service

i did the self checkout. it prompted the cashier Martha to help me. LITERALLY said hello 3 times when she approached me. i said "morning", "how are you?" she replied "how many feet" ignoring my pleasantries. i said 4. as she walked away i thank her, she said nothing. how incredibly rude. what a disappointment.

I consistently receive excellent, friendly service from the all the employees at Home Depot , Everyone is willing to go out of their way to assist in finding the supplies I need for my many home projects, or find the right individual to advise me how to do a project correctly with the right tools.

Store aisles are always a mess many employees don’t know the first thing about what they are selling or have in the store. You are always chancing a 50/50 chance at catching an attitude from someone who works there as if you just disturbed their break. They make rude comments under their breathe when you ask for manager and clearly get paid hourly because they move at a snails pace. Managers are of no help. Many other Depots around that have better service.

There is no place to pay cash in this store. Only available at attended registers and there is usually a line at the two they do have. Some machines were set up to take everything cash, credit debit etc but were changed back to only debit or credit. When i go to a store and buy something thats less than 10.00 I want to pay cash and not have to wait in line for 15 minbutes to do so. Also things are constantly moving around and never in the same spot making shopping take longer than necessary.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find, also the associates at the paint desk, lumber and cashier were friendly and helpful.

The Appliance department in this store is the best i have ever shopped in. Not easy upgrading 2 houses at the same time!! They have the knowledge and patience to deal with someone like me!!

Employee's all had excellent attitudes. Like they really wanted to be there and I was the most important customer in the store

All good I was charged for plants at checkout that I am sure were doubled scanned Maybe by accident But as far As shopping and picking I actually helped customers there is nobody on the floor to help you they were nice I would go back but you definitely need more people on board Store was clean

The store is clean and easy to find products.Associates are very helpful.We always visit Home depot at Neptune.

The employees ignore customers and are not helpful. They need to do a training on how to be helpful and to ask everyone if they need help.

Very disappointed in Home Depot. No cashiers on duty - only self-service checkout option was available and the cashier monitoring that line was working with another customer. Self-service checkout did not accept cash. I find it annoying to shop at this store. I made a mistake shopping here again. This is the last time I will make that mistake.

The most helpful person in this store is the Milwaukee Tools girl. She will help anyone with anything.

NEVER have had a negative experience in this store and I shop here a lot. The employees are great! They are friendly, extremely helpful, and say hello to you (not like other stores) and are knowledgeable in their area.

Every time I enter this store I know, I will be greeted with a “ Hello “ and a smile. While looking for whatever I’m there for I’m asked, “ Can I help you find something? “ Then I’m lead there. That is good customer service! I could not be happier, with my local store.

Had no help finding a product. I was told they didn’t have and they have never seen it. I had to find the product myself I was treated as an inconvenience by the clerk. He was both rude and degrading I am a store director for grocery stores and know how poorly I was treated

The store had plenty of stock, and was clean. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, and helpful although we were unable to find a swivel plastic S hook, many different employees tried to help.

The manager of the Rental department, Nick solved my moving problem with a very creative and helpful solution. This, in addition to many good experiences with Home Depot employees in the past make this store my "go to" shopping location for all my home and garden needs.
