Sales associates are very easy to find and extremely helpful and friendly. The check out lines are ridiculously long (self-checkout and full service check out in the contractor area). There was no full service checkout available in the "regular" area of the store during my visit.

This home depot is doing there best to supply materials for us during this pandemic to keep us either in business or just to keep our brains occupied till things get back to normal. Thank you to all the staff for making this experience as pleasant as possible.

The sales Cashier Brian, with the cashier number 0949 00034 93392 gave possibly the WORST experience I have ever had at Home Depot. I’m a contractor and frequent at Home Depot if not daily, weekly. Not only was Brian rude and unhelpful, he had no care, or guidance in helping me with my purchase. He rudely told me to go to the back of the line because he refused to help me with my pre ordered purchase.

Ordered on line and used the curb side pick up it was an excellent feature

This has been my go to store during this pandemic. Although supplies are on allocation due to COVID-19 I have been able to find my cleaning supplies and paper supplies consistently weekly. The curbside pick up has been a God sent. When placing my orders I have been able to literally pick up within 1 - 2 hours. Customer Service and management bringing the stuff to the car are friendly and make sure you feel like a valued customer. Thank you for making a bad situation better. Continued prayers to your entire staff for putting themselves in harms way by staying open to the public.

Was very pleased with the customer service I received today when I was over charged for an item (charged for 3 and actually had 2)

You can't get down aisles there's only four people checking you out and they talk to each other so you have to stand there longer there's no social distancing and nobody cares you have people waiting outside because you can't get the people out of the store because you don't have nobody working your registers so you really don't care if you sell yourself or not and when you ask for help it's like you're bothering them they stand in the store and talk and you ask him for help and you're bothering them to ask him for help

I was happy to see that they arranged check out to accommodate social distancing

Horrible shopping experience. Zero customer service with a store filled with employees just walking around. More interest in idle chit chat with each other and packing out freight. Unfortunately, they are taking advantage of the all the closed businesses not engaging customers. Amazingly, they take your money at the register and when it comes to loading your truck with drywall and plywood, all three lot guys are nowhere to be found.

The associates were extremely helpful & courteous.

This is a very well run store. It is kept clean and organized. The staff is always helpful. I could go to 2 or 3 near home HD stores but I always prefer this one, No. #0949.

The store has all ben changed around again. The check out is nice but sometimes the sku # is half covered by another sticker on the box. self ck out is nice, but its putting people out of a job. And the prices are all going up every week. Very expensive, (everything).

This is the best HD store I have shopped in! Clean, organized, and most importantly, I always find what I am looking for. The assistance from the employees is always great!

The store is well staffed with associates who are always willing to assist. They also go the extra mile by assisting you in finding exactly what you need. The cashiers are very helpful if you have difficulty with self check out

i did the self checkout. it prompted the cashier Martha to help me. LITERALLY said hello 3 times when she approached me. i said "morning", "how are you?" she replied "how many feet" ignoring my pleasantries. i said 4. as she walked away i thank her, she said nothing. how incredibly rude. what a disappointment.

I consistently receive excellent, friendly service from the all the employees at Home Depot , Everyone is willing to go out of their way to assist in finding the supplies I need for my many home projects, or find the right individual to advise me how to do a project correctly with the right tools.

Store aisles are always a mess many employees don’t know the first thing about what they are selling or have in the store. You are always chancing a 50/50 chance at catching an attitude from someone who works there as if you just disturbed their break. They make rude comments under their breathe when you ask for manager and clearly get paid hourly because they move at a snails pace. Managers are of no help. Many other Depots around that have better service.

There is no place to pay cash in this store. Only available at attended registers and there is usually a line at the two they do have. Some machines were set up to take everything cash, credit debit etc but were changed back to only debit or credit. When i go to a store and buy something thats less than 10.00 I want to pay cash and not have to wait in line for 15 minbutes to do so. Also things are constantly moving around and never in the same spot making shopping take longer than necessary.
