Employees will greet you and try to help you more then most locations in the area. Always stocked with good straight lumber.

I was returning some stuff and the lady Ruthy was very friendly and professional.

Dave in pain helped me get the perfect color and went above and beyond to help me as well as rj in pluming both amazing employees

My friend, who is deaf, ran it to two young men, Tom and Tim in the garden center and he they were very helpful in helping him find the items he needed being that he was death. It was somewhat difficult, but they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and they were very nice to help him after he had ordered them around for five or six different things. They were still kind and generous to help him.

Home Depot must have a very kind wonderful gentleman / woman who started it.

This week I made a major new construction project and Customer service walked me through each product and the delivery so I completely understood the entire order and delivery schedules

have items available from open to close of store.

We had a great trip to neptune HD, all of our shower, and bath needs were met above expectations. We will br back to purchase more !!! Thank you Home Depot for helping us design our new forever home !!!!

I live between three Home Depot stores but always go to the Neptune store because it has the best assortment of merchandise and most helpful employees. I have bought window coverings, power garden tools, plants, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint etc.

I needed help with a large purchase for local homeless camps. I called both Michelle and Denise and both promptly returned my calls and gave me a discount for my purchases. At checkout, Michael was so kind and efficient with my large order. He even ran to my car when I left something behind. There was no issues at all getting Denise on the phone at checkout to approve the discount or Michelle to come and execute it, which is always the real test of a company's professionalism. All 3 team members made our shopping trip to help the homeless people in our community so seamless. They were kind, compassionate and went above and beyond. Neptune Home Depot and Denise, Michelle and Michael are great community partners!

I had windows insulation counters cabinets laundry room etc. basically my whole house…plus buy all my Christmas decorations from you guys every year! Love the home depot and great customer service

Love this store and the staff. We have been involved in a major renovation project since June and they have been so great every step of the way (especially helping to resolve multiple issues caused by the online division of the company, HomeDepot.com).

I went in search for paint and was immediately greeted by Joel. He was super friendly and explained all the different types of paint available as well as price. He was very patient while me and my mom made our color choices. Once the paint was ready, Joel loaded up the cart for us and explained what to do if we should need additional gallons. We were even able to carry a nice conversation with some joking which made the stress of paint selection very comfortable! I highly recommend Joel for all your paint needs! We will definitely be back!

Went to get many hardware products Fantastic customer service department who printed the list of each product and the location of each in the store. The quality and price were excellent. This home depot had everything I needed.

Have been spending a lot of time in this Home Depot recently and all the staff has been extremely helpful. Rich especially went out of this way to help us!

I always receive great customer service at the store. there are a few people that I see very often, a young lady at the returns counter for instance, she is tall slim and very good at completing your return and getting you out. there are others that are also great too. That is probably one of the more difficult positions and very important to me because I make many purchases and inevitably some things will need to be returned. I appreciate the ability to buy what I think I might need and return what is not needed. which goes hand and hand with not having to dread going to the return desk.
