Recently moved to Bensalem and this store is so much better, cleaner, and has more friendly people/staff then where I lived before...

Prices displayed out front of the store did not match what was inside and there weren't other signs to clarify the price difference from that posted in front for the same product inside.

If your dealing at the contractor desk ask for Geo. The other guys are also good guys to deal with. Rated 4 out of 5 because when you buy alot sometimes their are issues as you would know from being in this business. Geo is the man who can make things right so you'll come back to this store especially for your large contractor orders. Theirs always room for improvement and this department is as good as the people running it. The company sometimes needs to focus more on having enough help at the contractors desk.This is a popular location so sometimes they get pretty busy. I wish the contractors desk had someone at night as well. I shop alot at night for the next day for items i can take with but would also like to drop off quotes at night. I prefer dealing with a Pro desk employee then trying to order from the internet site. Bill E.

Found what I was looking for without any problems on black friday, late in the evening, imagine that! Employees very friendly and helpful. They help me get a credit card which is a big issue since I am going through some identity theft issues. I can't say anything more other than thank you

Every store employee noticed me and offered assistance quickly; the customer service desk, just a random associate walking in the same direction as me, building material, tool rental, paint, and even the associate in the parking! Excellent service attitude from all and quick efficient service.

Rich Garcia was the most helpful associate I have ever had the privilege to shop with. He took his time to answer all my questions and provided wonderful guidance in choosing the right item to purchase. A job well done and rare to find these days. Recently we visited the location on Rock Hill Drive in Bensalem, PA. The sales associates here are amazing they helped us with everything we were looking for. The aisles are clean and easy to find with a lot of variety to chose from. I will be returning to this location!!
