The store attendant continue looking for the product even after I walked away found me in the store let me know she found it and help me get it on the cart
The lack of customer service at ALL home depots has terminated my consumer relationship with your stores. It's totally frustrating to repeatedly shop in such a big store with no assistance, and this is before the pandemic as well, you've lost a great customer.
This store have friendly employees and workers that actually want to help the customers. Best Home Depot in PHILLY
After working a full 14 hour day, I had to rush to get to Home Depot 10 minutes before closing. Normally, in other Home Depots, people are rushing me and just seem unhappy that I’ve come in so near closing. This time, at this location, everyone was very pleasant. Especially Brandon, the Cashier. He made some small talk and asked about an item I was buying, he generally wanted to hear my response. Great job!
MAYBE A EMPLOYEE AT THE ENTRANCE WITH ACKNOWLEDGE OF THE LAYOUT OF THE STORE. THUS, HE/SHE CAN STEER YOU TO THE PROPER WALKWAY FOR THAT ITEM.;
This is a great store. Always find what I need and the employees are friendly and helpful.
With that amount of customer with was almost zero, I could not get assistance for more that 35 minus after 3 attempts. Finally the manager came and said that his name was Steve. I explained the situation and asked for an explanation. In response Steve told me that he understands that it was unacceptable to wait for 35+ minutes with no customers in the store but the issue was that I did not see that the workers were busy in a back because of the situation in the World. I was standing there speechless. I asked again to confirm that I did not get an assistance for all this time just because is happening in the world? He said "yes". I asked why even open the store then if you can't assist your customers. He said "because we have to". No apology , nothing. I said that I have a video of the workers walking around with no work in the empty store and I am going to post it everywhere on the social media . Steve just was standing there with no reaction at all. I could not believe that I was still in America. Needless to say that I will never return to this store again. I still cannot believe how Steve was hired to be a manager without any manager's skills. He lets down the whole company. I still could not believe his explanation of the terrible customer service service they provided. - they opened the door because they had to but could not assist because of everything that is going on in the world.
