Mulch purchase
Will was very friendly and helpful with my mulch purchase. When I asked him about other items I was interested in I was very impressed that he not only knew where they were located but the price as well. When I offered him a tip for his hard work and friendly service he refused. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great way to start my day!!

Poor bath selection, missing products.
We purchased $700.00 in Bathroom shower kit and building material. It took us forever to find the correct items. The shelves are disorganized. We could not find help. Amazing how an Excellent store has deteriorated. We have been buying at 20 years. No one was available to help us for Bathrooms and Shower. We had to lift the items ourselves. One employee said not his dept to help.

Super Customer Service
Just purchased 2 major items from Home Depot and opened a credit card account. I had hoped to receive $100. credit (as their advertisement stipulated). When it didn’t happen, my already amazing saleswoman, Rajae, went to bat to determine why. All sales staff should have her patients and kindness and determination when helping customers. Will write a review about the products purchased after delivery and using them.

Great customer service!
I have always had a very good experience at this store, but today GIA went OUT OF HER WAY to get the bulbs we needed to complete our Christmas lights! She was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. She was KIND, COURTEOUS and went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!!! Thank you so much, GIA!!!!

Big help with big skeletons
I finally caught a restock on the huge 12ft skeleton! Unfortunately my husband wasn't with me to help load the unwieldy thing bur very fortunately an employee named Zach saved the day and helped me! Costumer service
Sent alot of money on wood and know oen would help forklifts in the way trying to get the wood workers just looked at us not offering to help the at checkout I had to go get the scues for thing we were trying to purchase because the checkout person couldn't find it in the computer then while loading all this wood in truck employees just sat there and watched without offering to help!!!
