We were at this location to purchase supplies for my daughter's project. We needed 6 different sizes of plastic pipe cut and Henry was so very helpful! He was very patient and very professional! A huge thank you to Henry!!

Store is bright and clean, staff is courteous and helpful.

Very easy appointment with a kitchen designer. Helen was ver patient and had great suggestions to make the kitchen user friendly.

I've been coming to this store since it opened (a few years ago) & have not been disappointed yet. I can find what I need fairly quickly & if not, the Associates are more than willing to help & their attitudes are fantastic. I hate shopping (hate spending money), but the Associates make it a pleasant experience. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I shop here - there's always something I need/want!

We loved visiting the store, every associate we saw had a smile on their face and asked if we needed any help finding what we needed. Great store to visit!!

The store associate aided in helping me choose an narrow down selections, along with showing me the area of the store to look for items. This store always has succulent plants all year around which I can never find anywhere else in the dead of winter. Also offered to help me carry heavy stuff to my car.

We went in dreaming and came home with a Kitchen floor for an incredible price. The store associates were very helpful and very knowledgeable. We look forward to future purchases.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. This store has no regard for friendly customer treatment. I will continue to shop Home Depot but I avoid this store until the managment changes the culture of the store to match the culture of what all other Home Depots I have purchased from

Sales associate was very friendly and more than eager to help us move 8x10 rugs to get to the one I wanted further down in the stack. He offered assistance without us looking for help. My husband and I would have been able to do it but since he offered it took a load off of me because the rugs were getting heavy! He helped us all the way through checkout. Wevery much appreciated his assistance, positive attitude and good work ethic. He made the chore into a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

The helpful and informed staff at this location always makes shopping at this Home Depot a positive experience. I know the store layout pretty well but if I'm looking for something unusual, staff always directs me to the correct location. The lighting is good, store is clean and well stocked, staff is friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. Thank you, Home Depot.

Once again I would like to compliment the associates at the Ashland Virginia store. I am restoring an old house and I have worked with many associates and I am always pleased with the help I get. Gina and Justin have been super at the Pro desk and Jake in electric , Ashley helped me with plumbing supplies and many others. Thanks to the store for always helping me !!!

Despite encountering a frustrating situation that involved product availability the staff was helpful and courteous. As near as I can tell the problem was not controllable on their end but rather had to do with the interface between their store and the company at large. While this situation was not one that I would like to repeat, I will otherwise continue to be a repeat customer at the Ashland Home Depot. Also the associate I worked with was very patient despite the fact that I had two small -and very busy- children with me. Any of you who have or have had small children understand that this is a big deal.

While shopping at The Home Depot in the appliance department , the sales associate was very friendly and helpful in helping me with my final decision on my appliance purchase.

We shopped at Lowes earlier and was going back to buy an artificial christmas tree when we encountered "MARY". She helped us find exactly what we wanted and a bag for storage after the season. We noticed her because she was so helpful and smiling.

Refrigerator purchase: Knowlegable, friendly associates. Very helpful in helping us weigh brand/model and features. We got the perfect refrigerator for our needs/space. The associate was very effecient getting us checked out and making sure we understood the process for delivery, etc.

Glen and Ronnie in lumber were absolutely amazing!!! They helped me out sooooo much. I can't thank them enough. I'm so glad there still is good men in the world.

I was very pensive about going in for flooring as I thougt it was giong to take all day and I would have to probably look elsewhere. I finally stopped putting it off- took the plunge and went to Home Depot- as all of my past experiences were good there. I am adding this expreince to the group I found beautiful wood flooring for the kitchen and will be having them installed all at a great price...
