GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Jamal and his associate/coworker. Went above and beyond and that is saying a lot considering that I work in customer service 15 + yrs .Patrons rarely receive that caliper of customer first attention and assistance. Jamal bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even come in to buy a rug. But could not beat that price and I did need an 8X10 and the colors were perfect. Thank You for the superb service. Both Jamal and his coworker deserve a raise and promotion. Don't let Jamal get another job!

Curbside pick service is awful and you will get no help in this store, workers will intentionally avoid you as you get near them

Home Depot Has Everything a Homeowner needs at reasonable prices

Brenda went above and beyond to make my first visit to this location a pleasant one. I never new it existed, but I've been back a few times since.

I went to buy plants and was not sure if a “big box” store would healthy plants or enough stock. Not only were the plants healthy and there was plenty of stock, they had a knowledgeable employee who was able to help me with some questions I had about the different varieties of a bush. I’ll be back!

When you order multiple locks through HD, there is no option to "key alike". Good luck in finding a HD store that actually has someone trained to rekey them for you. And if you do find someone, even though you bought them through HD, they still charge you to rekey them. And after they rekey them, all of the spare keys are useless, to then they charge you to make new keys. Zero stars for the rekey experience, 4 stars for the staff being courteous.

Never a problem if I need help,and the stock is plentiful.

I frequent the Home Depot Store #4653 located in Ashland, Virginia, and it's always a super experience. I'm usually greeted by friendly sales staff no matter when I stop in. Whenever there's a question someone is always ready with an answer and a helping hand if I need one. It's no different when I'm checking out. The cashiers are always on top of their game and so cheerful. This place almost makes spending your hard-earned money seem fun. I wish more stores were run this efficiently and with this kind of pride and dedication.

The mouse smell is awful inside and out the bird seed and grass seed are unsellable. The cashier was commenting on how the mice are eating the candy on the end caps they are selling to customers
