I we went to get some stain, boards, parts for our ridgid vac, some plants and seeds for our garden.

I'm a contractor and have been shopping at the Home Depot stores almost every day. I'm fully satisfied with their friendly staff and product selection.

Robert in the Lumber dept was a great help to us and went beyond the call of duty by offering to cut our word to our specific size for our home remode. We had asked him to cut the pieces in half in order to fit in the car, but he offered to cut to the exact size we needed, saving us the time to cut them at home.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs with a difficult task at hand. They had patience, and care towards my needs.

Everytime I shop at Home Depot, I always welcome be knowledgeable staff and the neat of the store. I never leave Home Depot without purchasing what I look for. Amazing store.

There was only self check out available, no place set up to set my interior trim, had to have someone come and set up tax exempt. Actual cashiers help contractors and people with more than 12 items...

My drill broke at work today. So I was already have a bad day. I was going to the movies with my friend and just wanted to run in and grab a replacement drill. Miguel and Nate took the time to hunt down the drill kit I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was running late and had to come back after the movie. Miguel was still polite and wonderfully helpful. He and Nate really made my day!

I have been shopping at this store for the last 4 years, I'm a contractor and visit this store almost every day. Most employees who deal with me on regular basis know me by name and greet me by name when they see me. I'm very pleased with my past experiences at this store.

This store is the only one in the area that has been unpleasant. Customer service is not a priority there and it shows. I bought flooring in May and it was a nightmare. It has yet to be installed. I’m now working on another house and every time I go in, the shelves are empty and no one cares to help. Management is quite friendly and have been the only ones who can get things done right away. I should not have to call management every shopping experience as it’s a waste of my time and theirs

Very poor at customer service. Had to wait in the paint department for assistance while four employees were chatting down the asile. One employee walked passed me twice without asking if I needed help, but they could go and join the other employees for a chat. Not sure if it was the time of day (in the morning), lack of customers in the store or what was the issue.

Clean store and employees were helpful. One of the best Home Depots in the area!

This is a well run Home Depot. Staff is friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. There is a quick pace to the whole store. No one is dragging around.

Worst service EVER from any large retailer. Talk to store personnel and got lip service - ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-UP and NO REMOVAL of MATERIALS. Ordered laminate flooring that could not be installed because of floor level issue. That issue was not discovered until the carpet on floor was REMOVED. The Home Depot flooring is STILL IN MY LIVING ROOM 32 DAYS after it was delivers and MY BILL STILL REFLECTS NO CREDIT.

Sore and bathroom is clean. Employees are helpful when you can find someone to help. Cashiers are friendly

This store is generally terrific! The store is well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful and they aren't normally over crowded. The store is usually clean and easy to shop.

Check out and return lines are horrendous and acknowledgement of customers waiting in line is nonexistent. One lady just walked out with her plants the other night because it was taking SO LONG.

This place has terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would.. We ordered a riding lawnmower and were told we had to wait 2 weeks for the delivery. We hesitantly decided to wait and moved forward with the purchase. Well our delivery date came and went and no mower. We called that night asking about our mower and were told it wouldn't be arriving for another 8 days!!! My order receipt stated delivery on May 5th not May 13th! The lady I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and that she would notify someone who could help me the following day and that they would call me in the morning. That person never bothered calling so I called. The female I spoke with was rude and dismissed our complaint. She never tried to remedy the situation and when I said I'd rather cancel the order than wait 8 more days for something that wasn't our fault she showed no concern or interest in making things right. Completely apathetic and cold. I will never visit this Home Depot again and will shop elsewhere.

I have been shopping here for a few years and I'm very happy with my shopping experiences.

I personally am an artist and inventive installation builder of random stuff, and found objects. I also love the outdoors. So when I dream up new projects, besides home maintenance and gardening, I do my research on line, then go get my items. I have always enjoyed my visits and the staff of all types of individuals that assist me. I design things, make camping gear for my self, and need chains, brackets, variety of tools , screws, and replacement parts. I personally always enjoy my visits to this store. Even my spring garden needs were met. I like the over options from least expensive to most expensive in a category. I like to compare and get the best for the least. Artists love making things.

The store looks clean and there was a good amount of staff. The self-checkouts were easy to use and the cashier was friendly and helpful.

For a dishwasher purchase I highly recommend both of these employees; Silvia & Kay, great Customer Service! I am so grateful you work here. Thank you!

This is the store on phones road I live in West Olympia but I went to the store on phones road in Olympia or Lacey I started out with Moe in the carpeting area who is extreme big help she then got Bob who is an older gentleman that I believe is a new employee who if he didn't have the answer found the person that he needed to to find the answer and find my product. Which just came in from a truck was not even on the shelf yet so I didn't have to come back the following day and pick it up. It was a very good experience and they need to be recognized.

Anja and Jennifer helped me find an item and check out quickly. I was also offered a 2 year protection plan, which is something I didn't think about.
