Sales associate Dawn in hardware was very helpful.

The store was well stocked with brand named items and usually carries everything I am looking for. The Associates are always very helpful and knowlegeable (if they are not, they always get someone who is). I always have a great shopping experience and the cashiers are always courteous. Great Store!!!

Have been very happy with all the people at this store. I have not be disappointed when I need to get something, they have it.

I was there to buy a single board for a porch repair. The associates were there and stepped right up to inquire as to what I needed and for what purpose. They gave me great advice and checked the type of board I had selected, advising me to select a different type of wood more suited for my project. I used a self checkout which I much prefer and was able to replace the board in my porch floor soon after reaching home. I would certainly recommend Home Depot to anyone.

I like very much that even if I am not in need of assistance the employees are always very friendly and ask if I need help with finding anything. When I do need assistance they are very patient and knowledgeable regarding my inquiries.

The associates ( Kris the store manager/Vanessa/Adam were very helpful.Satisfaction very high in resolution of a concern with a product.

The associate went well beyond to assist me with my problem. Went to Lows and several other hardware stores but only Home Depot solved the problem and the plumbing associate did all he could to help.

The store personnel were wonderful. When Lowes came to our small community they were better than HD for friendliness and store/product knowledge. Since then Home Depot has changed its image and now is my store of choice.

Couldn't find one or two things on sale. spoke to the sale's person who found where the things I needed were.

Cashier personable, fast with sale. Expected trip to take half an hour or more. Only after one 4 Day sale item. Happy with 10 minute trip. Thank You!!!!!!!!

Easy to find items, well marked, friendly and informative staff

We went to the store to purchase a grill that was already assembled. While trying to figure out how we would put it into my SUV, an associate suggested the "Load and Go", a service I was not aware of at this store. You use the Home Depot truck to deliver what you purchase, very inexpensive, $19.95 for 75 minutes. They loaded the grill for us, strapped it down, and when I tried to tip the young man he would not take it. He said he was there to help! Easiest grill purchase EVER!!

I had gone to Lowe's to purchase a dryer . All they had left was the floor model . I really needed this dryer as mine had broke . They would not sell me the floor model . Went to Home Depot and saw the same dryer . It was more than Lowe's . The sales associate said they could price match if they could confirm that sale . She did and I got it for the same price however all they had was the floor model too . The sales associate went to the manager and she gave me the floor model for the sale price of Lowe's !!! Home Depot goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers . I will definitely be recommending the Oneonta store to everyone I know . hank you Home Depot !

Upon entering store I found an associate right away who correctly directed me to the product I was looking for. I found price to be fair. went through self checkout with no issue. Nice quick in and out.

I always find what Im looking for when I visit. I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions between products.
