Every time I have shopped at this Home Depot, if I had a problem finding something or needed a question answered, the staff has always been responsive by helping.

Home Depot salesman was excellent

Bought it and they lied about delivery dates then I find out it never came in. They scheduled 3 different delivery times. I did not get a phone call from them and had to call them several times for them to tell me it wasn't in. It took 4 days to find out the refrigerator was never on the truck or would be in the first place. I cancelled the order and will never walk in that store to but anything in the future!

They helped un pack the chest freezer, inspect for damage and repackage

Went to get a few tons of pellets. Staff was safety conscious and did a great job of loading them. Jerry and the woman who helped me were very helpful and safety minded. Great job.

your sawzall diamond coated blades are the best. they cut through tree roots that are over 40 yrs. old. wet, dirty and large. will buy more again when needed...great price

I shop here often. Sometimes Im not sure just what I need to accomplish what I idea I have in my head. The employees listen, suggest options and come up with just the right products. I love that!

Great product love to shop there

A zero turn mower isn't all that great. It can cut down on mowing time if you have flat land. Any slopes or too much of a hill. The mower can't even travel over it. So I'll give this mower 5 stars for flat mowing. No stars because it wouldn't even let me travel to the other half of my land because of a slight slope in between the property.

The tile and flooring associate, Dave, is a smart and personable gentleman. He has been a big help on several ocassions.

The Oneonta store is always a pleasure to shop at. Merchandise is kept stocked, the store is clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I visit at least a handful of times each week. I only wish it were a bigger Home Depot store like the Utica location for more variety. But a great store nonetheless!

We bought some molding and were able to find some that wasn't all warped. We were very happy with the purchase.

Almost 30 times during my visit I was asked do I need assistance. Got very annoying and was way over kill. Appeared they had visit that day from big bosses and was almost fake actions to impressed whoever they were. Every time I turned a corner or every aisle I went up someone asked if I needed help. Sometimes twice in the same aisle when they could clearly hear the last associate ask me if I need help. It was way overboard and it will detour me from shopping there again. Customer service is important but there’s a line of too much! Also it isn’t usually this way so it was all a act in my opinion

I stripped a screw head and was told to use a Speed Out Cobalt Extractor. It was the best advise I have received. It helped greatly.
