This store is close to my house, I love spending time at Home Depot and planning my future project..

This is one of my favorite places to shop at, from cleaning products,to our washer/dryer, cell phone booster, and the electric chainsaw my husband bought me, we have been very satisfied with all of our purchases here!

no matter the project i have at home the store seems to always have what i or we need.

Plumbing needs replenished the tall lady wearing a hat has no interest in helping

Make the parking spots bigger for crying out loud, Ontario has a TON of parking, take out one or two spots and shift that room down to each spot!! There is no room to pull in or out let alone open the doors.

JG and others were helpful with my order in finding and loading my products.

Always clean and well stocked & the employees are very helpful and friendly. I was just in and out of the store in under five minutes.., walked in with a picture of the item I needed a gentleman (wish I had gotten his name/his apron has multiple veteran stuff on it) from the paint department was walking up and I asked him if he could help me and he said sure thing & looked at my picture and then said come with me. He walked me back to the paint department looked it up on his computer, found the item that I needed and then escorted me to the aisle where the item was located. He helped me find the correct item. He was very pleasant to talk with and then I walked up to check out and the cashier I had was Jim G and he was super sweet and helped me with my military discount and helped me get out of the store in record time. Overall it was a very fast and pleasant visit I was in and out and got the item I needed.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE CHECK OUT PERSON WAS LIKE THE THREE "C'S", HE WAS COOL, CALM AND COLLECTED.

Jim our cashier went above and beyond to meet all our needs, his customer service is amazing.

I get help when I check out and the lady seems to remember me. When I have something large there is always someone willing to help me although I'm still pretty fit for 84.

Went in to buy deicer and sand. Plenty in stock. Cashier was courteous.

Jessica in Customer Service & Dale in Appliances are true professionals and should be recognized. This was the best experience my husband and I have had at any Home Depot store. Jessica assisted us with some returns that were not cumbersome and Dale assisted us in purchasing new appliances. They didn't just do their job, they went above and beyond. They both gave us additional details to help us with our returns and/or purchases. Employees like Jessica & Dale should be recognized. Thank you!

I used the design services and had them help me design a kitchen and butlers pantry. I like that the designers are not paid by commission., It helps to not feel pressured to buy more expensive items than you need. Damaris was blunt, but helpful. Showed me various options and let me choose. Only reason for a 4 - the keyboard was so worn I could not read it to type in my info. And the scanner and computer system would not accept my temporary card info for the account I just opened in order to place one order we did online from the store.

I had a short window of time in my day to purchase a kitchen appliance. It needed to match other appliances for a new kitchen. The Home Depot employee who helped me was quick and also competent. Fortunately, the appliance was in stock, and I was in-and-out with exactly what I needed in no time!

Employees ignore you and just walk around or are to busy talking to each other...no customer care what so ever

I purchased a Magnum x5 paint sprayer. I am very happy with this item. It is easy to use and clean. Worth every penny. Very accurate spray pattern

Couldn't get help to buy a tool from locked case.

Discount cards are a joke, staff and card services play the game.

I really like this store. It has what I need. It's easy to find items and the employees are always ready to help you.

We had a tool that came out of a boxed set, and one of them quit. We came to return it and had quite a time, but Shelly Sue in customer service really went the extra mile to get our tool replaced! We are so appreciative of her.

Good store overall. Most of the employees are helpful, although a few need to be re-familiarized with the store and product locations.

The staff is always helpful and cheery, especially Kathleen Moore. She seems to really care that we have an enjoyable experience at Home Depot.

I made a large purchase (for me anyway) and discovered I purchased the wrong items. Home Depot made the return easy and pleasant. Furthermore, two young employees helped me located the correct product and helped me evaluate and load the correct product. I was very pleased with the experience.
