In shopping for tools and lighting the last 2 days, I found knowledgeable employees to help me. It was much appreciated.

Went in there to find a storm door for our home. We liked the options and even found one we purchased. First day trying to find someone to help us was awful. The employee in the door section completely ignored us while they worked on the computer. They were helping another customer, but couldn't even acknowledge us to let us know they could help us when they are done. Stood around for about 30 minutes until two employees came by. We asked them what we needed help with and they said oh you can get that taken care of the Pro Services counter. We made our way there... that was another 30 minutes ordeal. The outside company comes out to measure... doesn't put the right measurements down. Went back to Home Depot to see how long installation is. It took 45 minutes to find help and the help we got wasn't helpful. Overall we were frustrated with our our whole experience and went to receive a refund for the storm door.

Very helpful young lady that helped me with my purchase of a new refrigerator, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions

Customer service is terrible no one will help you the just stand around looking dumb no smiles nothing

I would like to thank Dave , Manager Bruce?, and especially Jodi for going above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of my new BBQ Grill. While I was at the store much longer than I had anticipated the level of attention you gave to me made every minute worth it.

Three different associates made sure my needs were met while shopping at the store. Their names were A.J. at service desk along with Edgar at service desk and Vicki in plumbing. EXCELLENT customer service!

I went in for more paint that I needed. I had already bought paint from the store before. After mixing up the paint, the color didn't match up so I asked for more paint. They agreed to do it and didn't fuss about it.

I had very pleasant shopping trip. Tanner A.- had to uncrate the storm door I was purchasing. Karla - the cashier was very patient with me at check out. ( I was that customer ) that couldn't find the info on my phone needed to make my purchase. They also had everything I went there for in stock. Win - Win

Home Depot in Ontario is always helpful! Their financing options are amazing also!

The customer service clerk Laini, was terrible. Rude, unfriendly, and condescending. It was all I could do to not walk out. She was also training a nice girl (2nd day) and I felt sorry for her.

AGAIN.... Excellent customer service! Love going to Home Depot in Ontario.

I am not a regular home depot type shopper and typically find the experience of shopping there very stressful because I'm out of my element. There employees at the Ontario store went far above and beyond normal customer service to help me! They not only helped navigate me they also, literally, hunted down an item throughout the ENTIRE store because it didn't have a set place! Customer service here is phenomenal!

We've usually had a great experience. We've only encountered one rude employee but the rest have been extremely friendly and helpful. Generally have what we need in stock. They did not have the block we started using when we arrived one time. But later did. We call ahead to make sure not to waste a trip.

Had a little wait time for a bqq but once we found the right person was very satisfied! Overall not a bad shopping experience!

I have always been a Home Depot shopper but after going there I think I will be going somewhere else because I went there to buy some new items and after waiting 45 minutes for help with 1 question the employee was rude and acted like I was a inconvenience.I understand sometimes things are busy and people have bad days but being rude is one thing I don’t appreciate.

The employees have always been helpful and courteous. We have shopped in the store, ordered through the store, and ordered online and picked up at the store. All of it has been great. Our house is a product of Home Depot. When it came to checking out, we went to Customer Service to ask about the veteran's discount. The clerk gave us all of the information we needed to sign up on our cell phone, but the Home Deport website would not take some of our information. Three clerks at different times helped us; one clerk finally said they could not get the website to take the info either, so she gave us the discount anyway and showed us how to enter our info later at home. We bought them some Girl Scout cookies to share for helping us so much.

The ontario Home Depot, always has lots of employees running around to answer any questions. they are always friendly and helpful.

The survey had questions that did not pertain to a phone special order (not in stock) so I answered best I could. Salesman was very thoughtful and helpful. Due to computer problems he entered credit card and my address 5 times before completing order. I did not want to spend an hour on the phone to get it done but you wanted feedback so here it is. Probably not salesman fault/

The checkout was exceptionally attentive and pleasant.

The store was clean, masks and sanitizer were at the front entrance and stocked, however, all the electric carts weren't all charged up, hand switch out 10 minutes into shopping..barely an inconveniences.. Associates were all help full in each department I was shopping..

The associates were extremely helpful and friendly, despite some customers attitudes and all the other general nastiness that is happening in the world.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for or can’t figure out how to solve a home improvement problem, look for a gal named Shelly Sue. She is totally helpful.

Awful service. Staff was hard to find and was not able to answer basic questions about products. AJ, in the online order area was so worried he might have to work that his original response to my approach was that I needed to go to the other end of the store. Rather than seeing what my need was, he assumed I was trying to check out. I actually had a cart of items, but I ALSO had an online order to pick up. He was beyond unhelpful. Very lazy employee. I appreciated the employee working next to him that realized I needed my online order and actually offered to help rather than tell me to go away.

the ontario Store is very well run always clean and customer service is the very best!!
