Store is typically clean, well organized, easy to shop and associates are friendly and willing to help. We were even given the difference in price last year when a grill was advertised for less after we bought it. Can't recall ever having a negative experience.

I had a great experience at this store. Went in with not a lot of time. I asked several associates for help to find items and they very quickly pointed me to the correct aisle. That really made the difference in my visit. Also, I asked the plumbing department for help and they were very helpful. Thank you

Alex was awesome! There was a price difference between what we found online compared to what we found in the store. Alex offered to effect a refund of the difference and did s quickly and efficiently. Our experience with Alex will bring us back to this store.

While purchasing doors for our home David was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We had to return 3 times to be 100% sure we had the correct messurments for each door as none were standard size. David provided excellent customer service. Once our door came in, after some confusion, Glenn went out of his way to make sure we had our doors and Sam also came along to make sure we were 100% happy with the doors. They both personally delivered them, helped my husband carry them in after making sure we had all the correct sizes and styles we ordered. Looking forward to working with Sam again for our large patio door in the future.

Recently I had to deal with an issue at Home Depot and this location has continuously been my store of choice for convenience of location and wonderful service. On my latest visit I had to handle a customer service related issue and Rosanna in the Customer Service Department was awesome in helping me solve the problem. She was very busy that day, but took the time and effort to deal with numerous calls and research to finally come to a resolution. I commend her professionalism, patience and knowledge in working through this issue. Thank you, Rosanna, and the management of that store.

The Store Associates at Home Depot are ALWAYS willing to help with a SMILE! I NEVER have to look for someone for assistance!

If you have half an hour or an hour to kill, you can stand in the paint department waiting for service. I gave up and left without paint.

I had a challenging situation: I needed to find a blackout roller shade large enough to fit the sliding glass doors in my bedroom, but I was very lucky to have a wonderful sales associate, Veronica McCain, who was determined to find a solution to the problem — and she was patient, tireless and delightful in doing so. The store had the item I needed at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Home Depot/Orange for your home-improvement needs!

Thank you for the great suggestion on purchasing Garden Soil. My family and I were going to buy four bags of the $7.97 bag of soil, when we were told we can save more buy purchasing the $1.88 bags of soil. So we did, and we saved so much that we bought more of the $1.88 Bags. You guys are awesome, we will definitely be back to fill up our trunk with more of those awesome deals.
