The Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice during the Holiday season, with givers and doers that can be purchased in-store at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you are a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:

Outstanding Customer Experience, saving a Customer..
Rostin could not have been better with my clients who were livid after an A.M. required to see a price match after I had already showed Rostin Lowes quote on my phone and after deleted it.
Rostin did all he could to keep their business after they re-built their entire home through Home Depot and were denied the $275.00 price cut.
At my behest, my clients returned to the store where Rostin really impressed.
Alexis was very quick to call Home Depot Credit and obtained a two year same as cash financing for my clients, which they appreciated.
Jane was friendly, personable and efficient during the Check out process.

To be honest, sometimes it's "hit and miss" with Home Depot. What you want isn't in stock, an employee doesn't meet your expectations, etc. Last weekend, however, we had an AWESOME experience at the Anaheim Hills location. Tim was working the grill area and he helped us through every step of the purchase. Bob and Rudy helped us rent the truck tog et the grill home, and Denise helped us pick it up after purchasing it. They all were awesome, wonderful people and outstanding representatives of the Home Depot brand!
