THEY WILL TRY MAKE YOU WEAR A STUPID MASK! Ew

Way too often customers will go out of their way to complain when they are frustrated but not enough people give praise when it is earned. Customer service in general is at an all time low in so many retail stores but I did not feel that way about this Narcoossee Home depot. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was being helped. That is why I made sure to find out how I could recognize these employees. Thank you Ana, Danny & Ed for making my day today! You are all great examples of what successful customer service should look like!

Every time I go to this store I feel at home. The staff are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I spend hours at the store at times and it's always a pleasant experience. Thank you all!!!

Employees were very helpful! All the products, I was shopping for, were available in the Home Depot store located at 7007 Narcoossee Rd. in Orlando, Florida. Also, the parking lot is quite large. Really LIKE shopping at this clean Home Depot store!

Elmer was a manager I believe, he was so helpful and kind after Maria Elena disrespected me in the paint department explaining she did not care or want to help me after I asked for more white in my gray can, she said I had too much paint in the can to add more white as I did not use it, I asked for new paint, I didn't mind paying extra, I just wanted a new can, she said she would mark on my can I could not ever return to get new paint. I went to customer service and Jesse, Anna and Elmer assisted me and were even confused on why Maria Elena did not want to help me. I was kind from the start, I am currently a manager with one of the biggest hospitality venues. I would demote Maria Elena for how she treated her customers AND EVEN ASSOCIATES. She yelled across the store to make Anna go open some door she did not want to. I am so disappointed. Elmer deserves a raise and a promotion for how sweet he was and fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes. What Maria Elena COULD'VE done, she simply did not want to. I bought the original can 7/21 NOT USED and came back 7/23 within 30 days.

Stay away from this home depot waited 30 minutes asked 6 employees for help in electrical for finally the assistant manager Mitch or Mitchell (he wouldnt give me his actual name) to tell me the lady in electrical is on lunch and she could help me in another 30 minutes when shes done since no one apparently can cut some wire in the whole store. MITCH should be fired or brought back to the associate level since he was rude unprofessional and provided no assistance or solution as a assistant manager should. STAY AWAY unless you have atleast an hour to wait for help

If you need assistance while in this store, find Manny! he is kind and so helpful, always with a smile.

STORE WAS CLEAN and had good discounts

There have been several managerial changes since the store opened. I moved to this area in 2004 and at first, this was one of the best HD stores I had been in. Since then, and with each successive managerial change, this store has gone from the best I've been in to now, the absolute worst!!!!! Your district has lost several really good people, one of them recently , Neil, to the new distribution center on LeeVista Blvd. Neil, along with John, Rob and Bob have been the best employees this location has had. As for the rest, mediocre to poor, in my opinion. Despite this store being in the 32822, the Orange County zip code with the highest number of positive Coronavirus cases in Central Florida, many of your staff do not wear PPD's, do not practice social distancing and numbers of customers entering the store are no longer limited to assure higher levels of personal safety. Your corporation should be ashamed!

Great store always clean and have stocks available . Workers always ready to assist you when needed and always have what you need for the right price better than other hard wear stores .

I was not happy because no never showed up in hardware to help me. But the cashier CHarlene at self check out was very helpful. She help me Find with what little she knew. But she found what I was looking for.

I had to wait in line to get in due to corona virus, but the person watching the door was very diligent and kept the line moving perfectly. Two out, two in. The person helping me check out was fantastic. Their name is Shainna. Perfect assistance with items lacking a upc sticker. Thank you Shainna!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE !!! Since they greet me at the door! Conrad was EXCEPTIONAL super helpful and guide to the right place! Not only that...he also advised me good enough to be able to take better and correct decisions that helped me with my project !! Not only Conrad offered a GREAT experience also a Lovely lady at the paint desk and Madeline cashed me out with a big smile to conclude a wonderful experience.
