The best store ever!!! Ever helpful and knowledgeable staff

The workflow that has been constructed for the checkout area makes no sense. It doesn’t allow an organized line up system and people come from all angles making a hazardous situation in the main aisle. Although the rest of the store isn’t easy to navigate either since it’s filled with product. Don’t even try to get a cart!

Clean store, very well organized, shelves full and no queue for payment.

Not my first time visiting this store even though I live 30 mi. away... The place is always clean and well stocked and the employees were very pleasant in my experience. When you go to a store and find things neat and clean and pleasant it just makes your visit worthwhile, and at times stay longer (and spend more..lol) I highly recommend this store.

No one in lumber is willing to stop & answer a question! I was there over 2 hours, trying to find anyone in lumber to help me. Even after I loaded up my cart with the things I could find, I couldn’t get anyone to tell me where to find an item I needed. I was left wondering if they ignored me because I’m female, or if they ignored everyone?!?!?

I purchased today gas range stove Our sales person Liz was wonderful and very helpful She give me all information that I need for product that I purchased And she was very knowledgeable about store products,very friendly and very patient and kind Another lady that I would like to mention is Leonora Castellano She was very nice ,they are great team and both pleasant!!! We are coming in this store for 20 years, never get disappointed You always have great workers Some people it’s already retired,but this two ladies is great addition to Home Depot team Looking forward to do more business with you!!!

Bought a new Ryobi string trimmer Sunday, got home, charged the battery then trimmed my complete yard. Very happy with my shopping experience and the purchased product.

I purchase many Items for my first big reno project and like with any big orders I had some issues like missing items, bad concrete bags, wrong items. Thankfully the HD store in Narcoosee Rd had a great staff in their customer service counter like Jessenia, who went above and beyond to help solve my order issues.

Brought this beautiful bougainvillea plant for my wife and she is so pleased with it.

I attempted to call the store several times to get someone in Plumbing to answer a question on the availability of an item for me. After approximately 20 minutes attempting to connect I was unable to get anyone in Plumbing and the phone just kept ringing back to Customer Service. I drove to the store anyway which was about 30 mins away. They did not have the part. Manager Jo Ellen made it right for me in a big way without asking. Fantastic customer service from her. She is a credit to that store and there is no surprise she is a manager. I went from cursing the store and a bad experience prior to talking to her, to driving past two other home improvement stores to only go there from now on. I can not speak highly enough of her.

Always satisfied, easy shopping

In our DIY project with requested assistance from one associate and she told us that it was not her department and she didn’t knew for how long the aisle will be down such we understood the safety priority but she has such an attitude that drop off the smart service thru the customer engagement, after couple steps around shopping we had a cart full of merchandise we asked her again if would be okay to leave the cart in a lil side while we shopping and she was very upset about us I guess because we asked for assistance twice…Don’t know her name but she was pulling internet orders and joking around with another associate from the Lumber department.. Very sad to have to go thru this…. At the Check out Rose Cashier were very friendly and thank us to shop there We really wanted to said THANK YOU ROSE for your commitment at work..

Every time, I have a pleasant experience.

Great Experience at the Orlando SE Home Depot store yesterday. We actually had a staff member approach us, rather than having to hunt one down. And he knew his inventory!! Neither of these things ever happen at the local competitors store.

Mike Padilla in plumbing, had excellent customer service. Attended me and my family showing us what we needed, very friendly and kind. Mike showed his experience by explaining step by step what we needed to do and even made a model of our project. Mike was outstanding, he was willingly to help and we left in a short timely matter. The store was clean and was very organized. We found what we needed very easily and was at checkout fast.

Good service really good on there work in to you finish with you shopping

We did not find the Lawn Mower we were looking for but we found other products we did need. Even though the main item we were looking for was out of atock, due to our cashier Schawnee, we were able to leave with a smile and a pleasant shopping experience! Went in today with ZERO knowledge on what I needed to completely replace my 28 year old bathtub parts. Jameson literally saw a picture of what I was working with and helped me go through 3/4 different isles to gather everything I would need. Including the different piping I would have to switch too! And how to connect it to that. He let me FaceTime a friend of mine and he talked him through the whole process and what each piece would be for. He set it up on the box how it would need to be too. Absolutely amazing! He created what he called a “Frankenstein” for me LOL!! 10/10 recommend asking for him in the plumbing section!! I spoke with 3 other people before getting him and none of them knew what I was talking about. Thank you SO MUCH Jameson!! I don’t ever write reviews but the way you amazed me by all your help I didn’t have a choice not too!! I hope they are taking great care of you at Home Depot !!
