Friendly employees, excellent products and great prices!

People that helped me were very knowledgeable in the products

Any question I ask is always answered to my specific needs, I am shown where an item is and have even had the employee read labels for me to ensure pet and family safety when I didn’t ask. And the product is working perfectly. Always greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attitude. This is the only home improvement store I will ever go to.

Great Store for the projects I need!

First time purchasing a washer and dryer set from home Depot I chose the Owasso store because it was closest to my location. The purchase was extremely easy, the appliance sales guy super friendly & down to earth. The price was excellent and the checkout girl was very friendly, kind & helpful. My only complaint & it's minor that I mentioned in my survey from the recipient directly to Home Depot is that I wish they would stock the gas dryer in store as I am having to wait for mine to show up in roughly 10 days so it's inconvenient & somewhat a hassle taking laundry out to dry at family members houses however the price for the set was excellent and I can manage until it shows up. I did leave with the washing machine today and I prefer this home Depot to the Big Blue store that is in the same town because Home Depot just seems friendlier and a more relaxed environment & the employees seem happier there.

I love the fact that our town has The Home Depot. All our lumber has to come from this store only. It's also been the only place for our marble countertops, sinks, & faucets for recent home renovations. The garden center is awesome and contains a great selection of plants and planters. I bought some indoor plants from Home Depot during wintertime and they're still thriving. Honestly, without the Owasso Home Depot, either we would have been traveling a lot of miles or we would have purchased less attractive things from a competitor and our home wouldn't look as nice.

Store employees exceeded our expectations helping us find what we wanted, loading it for us in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.

Visiting on a Sunday to pick up some wood for a project and of course other things I found I needed. Busy day as the weather is sunny. I had several associates through out the store take the time to ask me if I needed any help. As busy as the store was each employee took time to help me. I was in the wood department, the hardware department, lawn and garden. The experience was just great and checkout was good. The cashier told me about saving money. The boys even helped me load my trailer and truck. Service is hard to find but good helpful and friendly service is at Owasso Home Depot. Thanks.

The associate that helped me was awesome, Penny took the time to make sure that I had everything I needed to complete the job. She was kind, courteous and helpful. We always get good service from this store. And wish we had a Home Depot in Claremore, to save on the drive. But until then I will continue to shop and order online from this store. Great location! Associates are friendly and very helpful. I'm always greeted by multiple Associates and asked if I need assistance. This store is very well stocked with a wide variety of brands and items. It's clean and easy to navigate. This is my go to improvement store and have had great experiences on EVERY visit.

Home depo Store is clean, open, unobstructed. Help is always available if needed. Well stocked with a large variety of home improvement, building, and lawn and garden items. Home depo employees are always friendly, and helpful. I always enjoy shopping Home Depo

So Two times now I have come in the Owasso store and had the pleasure of dealing with Penny she is so very helpful, and friendly she saved me from having to make a second or third trip because she had a good knowledge about construction and she knew I was forgetting a couple items she walked me right to the needed items so I got excellent service hope she stays at the Owasso store!!
