Just bought 16 bags of these imperial beach pebbles for our front flower bed and they look amazing! So much better than the mulch that we had before which kept blowing off into the yard. The pebbles look absolutely wonderful and they were on sale at a bargain!

We bought a lot of lumber to build garden beds, 13 bags of compost, Cub Cadet Zero-Turn Mower, and many other items. The employees are always super-helpful and will even assist in loading your truck!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the amazing team at the Owasso, Oklahoma Home Depot. During a recent visit to purchase boxes for Bransdall tornado victims, I was deeply moved by the compassion and assistance provided by Lola, Gissel, and June at the counter. Their kindness in offering a discount to aid those affected by the tornado exemplifies the true spirit of community support. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your outstanding service and genuine care during a time of need. You have truly made a difference.

This Home Depot is always well staffed so I can get help! Emily helped us today with finding lawn mower blades and she was so nice. It’s hard to find people to help you in most stores nowadays, but not a problem finding help when I shop here.

We had to run into Home Depot to buy a new well pressure tank and check into a shower kit we have been looking at. The sales associate in plumbing aisle did a wonderful job waiting on us and getting the item down from a tall shelf for us. We had to order the shower stall kit, and the two ladies, one from customer service, and other from the PRO desk, were wonderful helping us navigate getting this purchased and delivered. I highly recommend goint to this Home Depot location

The staff, cashiers and people who load the vehicles are very friendly and always there to help. The loader even came back when he saw that we would need help loading our item. Very considerate!

All the HD employees that I have interacted with have been willing to drop what they are doing to help you and pleasant to interact with. This customer service goes a long way now days to make you want to shop somewhere. My only complaint is HD putting in ALL SELF CHECKOUT registers. A few are fine, for those that want to use them, but to eliminate a choice for customers who prefer to use a cashier, is off putting!

Everyone in this store is always so helpful, willing to walk miles around to help you find things and always has good tips and tricks for projects. And the store is always clean and kept up with well.

Olivia and Deborah Wood were both genuinely kind and knowledgeable when we were purchasing blinds. They were able to get them cut to the sizes we needed.

My husband and I had a great experience here! It was our first visit to this store because we were looking for a specific car battery. We were immediately greeted by a lady at the door and the guys in the rental department were super helpful. Especially when there was a problem with the system. James made sure we were taken care of and then took my husband around the store to show him things on sale. I needed a filter for our house and the cashier made sure to tell me they were on sale if I purchased an additional one that I would get 2 free. Then she let me know how much I saved at the end of the transaction. We are very frequent shoppers at Home Depot at a different location much farther away. We are pro rewards customers and do a lot of business with Home Depot. It was probably one of the best experiences we have ever had a Home Depot store.

I visited store looking for information on dishwashers. Salesman was very helpful,and knowledge. I purchased new dishwasher before I left store. All employees I encountered were friendly and available.

Make sure to check the pricing on your items before heading to checkout. They will not correct the price even if it is fully and incorrectly stocked.

Went in today to look at refrigerator options. Mike W. was very informative and helpful. It was a pleasant experience and found the perfect fridge and additional items.

We took a ladder that we ordered from Home Depot online back to the Owasso store. The first online ladder was damaged. Store employees Javier and Hailey in the Customer Service Returns area went above and beyond to help us find an alternate ladder at the Owasso store. Both were super friendly and worked hard to make our purchase a great one. We really appreciate our Owasso Home Depot store!

My hot water tank took a crap. entered the store in not a very good mood. left the store with a smile on my face. from the greeting, can I help you, to let me introduce you to the employee that worked in the pluming section to the check out was excellent.

Mike, in Millwork, is an incredible salesperson. I ordered doors for a new construction project and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the doors I wanted and in a timely manner. He also found ways to save me money. The manager also went out of his way to make sure my order was correct & that discounts were applied. Top Notch!

Every time I go in this store, I receive great customer service. Someone greets me at the door, directs me to the department that I need to go to, and sends someone to help me. The service that I receive is very knowledgeable and the employee genuinely wants to help. I plan to tell all of my friends about this store.
