I am 80 years old and walk with a cane. The employees in the battery dept expected me to pick a battery up off the floor and put in the buggy. Finally embarrassed them so one picked it up but refused to check me out in that department. Walked to front of store and checked out, telling the clerk that the old battery was in car and the employee requested to help me put it the car would bring it back. No response from him. The employee walking me to the car asked if a core charge was on my bill and it was. So I went back into the store for a refund and was told that I would have to take the battery back to the other side of the store to Customer Service for a refund-computer system does this automatically regardless. I got my $12.00 refund but you must make a lot of money from customers who do not know how your system works.

The Owasso store is always helpful and do everything they can to help their customers. Thank you all for being polite, patient and professional.

Displays in the middle of the isles are not convenient and get in the way. Unmanned forklifts parked isles are also not helpful. There were plenty of employees available to assist customers but all of them were talking to each other. This is the situation every time I visit this location. Minor management changes could make this store a top performer.

Great store with friendly and personable staff. I would highly recommend shopping there.

Always, always get a greet and offer for help when entering this store. they seem to have a larger inventory of daily life type needs for maintaining a home. the store was very clean, and all employees were covid safe.

All our smoke detectors went on the blink. Home Depot found exactly what we needed and saved us some money. Great service and friendly people.

I call things as I see them and this is a clean, well stocked, with the most helpful and friendly employees. This also goes for the 91 year old lady that works there. As a Marine it is really appreciated that I get a 10% discount discount and a thank you for my service I get from the employees and that means a lot. They have some serious sales going on throughout the month instead of having a massive one Black Friday stampede. They have also extended returns to 180 days after purchase because of the COVID 19 pandemic. This is a really smart move and for sure will save lives with keeping the huge crowds down. Great job to the Owasso store and Ill be back to pick up some more things on sale when I get paid again and again.

Employees are not very knowledgeable nor are there customer service skills up to par. I would not recommend I think you are to anyone.

Home Depot stocks so many things 1/8" birch panels 4x8 that I cannot find anywhere else, locally. Great quality...nice grain..for staining. They go out of their way to help you.

I have always driven from Verdigris to shop Home Depot. Selection and assistance from staff keeps me coming back! It would be much more convenient for me to shop in Claremore, but it’s worth the drive to have a great supply of merchandise to choose from!

Great store from day one it opened. Management has been super quick to listen to and resolve any product difficulties or issues. I shop here often and rely on it for my home improvement needs. From supplies I needed to build a home designed backyard fountain to lawn and garden to landscaping and now waiting on two toliets to arrive to do a DIY replacement in my home. I have bought appliances here and the warranty plan is one of the best on the market. I can definitely vouch for this store.

HD in Owasso is a good place to shop

Overall my shopping experience was very pleasant in spite of fogging glasses & how uncomfortable my mask was☺️. Every department seemed to be well staffed with customer oriented people.

Candy in CS was extremely helpful in helping me pay for items ordered to pick up at the Owasso store and ordered on line to be delivered directly to my house.

This location is managed well.
